Objective: To analyze the clinical features and prognosis of drug-induced liver injury to guide the diagnosis and treatment of DILI.Methods: The clinical data of patients with DILI were collected.,who were admitted to Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University from August 2011 to October 2018,to summary the clinical symptoms of DILI and the types of drugs resulting in DILI,to compare differences in DILI with different clinical classifications,to compare the clinical features and analyse the degree of liver damage between traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine,to summary the treatment of DILI and evaluate the prognosis of DILI.Results: Among the 350 patients,245(70.00%)were traditional Chinese medicines,23(6.57%)were health products,18(5.14%)were antipyretic analgesics,13(3.71%)were antituberculosis drugs, and antibiotics were 12(3.43%),etc.The common clinical symptoms of DILI include jaundice in 200 cases(57.14%),fatigue in 171 cases(48.86%),dark urine in 140 cases(40.00%),loss of appetite in 92 cases(26.69%),and nausea in 62 cases(1.771).%),53 cases of skin itching(15.14%),50 cases of nausea with vomiting(14.29%),etc.;The peak of AST,ALT,ALP,?-GGT,TBil,DBil,TBA and PT,PTA,INR of different clinical types of DILI were statistically significant(P<0.01).The peak of AST,ALT,ALP,?-GGT,TBil,DBil,TBA and PT,PTA,INR,gender, age, allergy history, severity of liver injury between traditional Chinese medicine and the western medicine have no significant statistical difference(P>0.05);There were 138 cases(39.43%)with mild liver injury,56 cases(16.00%)with moderate liver injury,61 cases(17.43%)with severe liver injury,83 cases(23.71%)with acute liver failure, and 12 cases(3.43%)with fatal liver injury; The average hospitalization duration of the 350 patients was 19 days,323 cases(92.29%)improved,and 27 cases(7.71%)were ineffective.Ineffective cases include 13 cases(3.71%)of automatic return,11 cases(3.14%)whose clinical manifestations were not significantly improved or were aggravated,3 deaths(0.85%);Age,diabetes,hypertension,degree of liver injury,PT,PTA,INR,the peak of TBil,DBil,TBA and DILI were statistically significant(P?0.01).Conclusion: There are many kinds of drugs that can result in DILI.The clinical symptoms such as jaundice, fatigue, dark urine, loss of appetite and liver function abnormality during or after the administration of DILI suspicious drugs should be highly valued. Most DILI have good prognosis.
