Objective:To study the correlation between common risk factors of atherosclerosis and cognitive impairment in Parkinson's disease.Methods:1.From September 2016 to February 2019,290 patients with Parkinson's disease diagnosed as Parkinson's disease according to the MDS diagnostic criteria were selected.General data of the patients were collected:sex, age, disease course, blood pressure, diabetes mellitus, smoking, homocysteine and blood lipid. The course of the disease was evaluated by UPDRS score and MoCA score.2.According to the MoCA score, they were divided into cognitive impairment group and cognitive normal group.3.The correlation between the above risk factors and cognitive impairment of Parkinson's disease was calculated and the degree of influence was evaluated.Results:1.Among the 290 patients with Parkinson's disease, there was no significant difference in age, duration of disease, sex ratio,H-Y stage and average years of education between the cognitive impairment group and the cognitive normal group.2.The UPDRS-II score in patients with cognitive impairment was higher than that in the control group(P=0.039).3.The prevalence of hypertension in the Parkinson's cognitive impairment group was higher than that in the control group(?~2=4.780,P=0.029).4.The prevalence of diabetes in the Parkinson's cognitive impairment group was higher than that in the control group(?~2=4.234,P=0.040).5.The prevalence of hyperhomocysteinemia in the Parkinson's cognitive impairment group was higher than that in the control group(?~2=4.195,P=0.041).6.The prevalence of dyslipidemia in Parkinson's cognitive impairment group was higher than that in the control group(?~2=1.221,P=0.269).7.The smoking rate in the Parkinson's cognitive impairment group was higher than that in the control group, but there was no statistical difference(?~2=0.001,P=0.970).8.The prevalence of hypertension in the cognitive impairment group was 2.531 times higher than that in the control group. The prevalence of diabetes in the cognitive impairment group was 2.415 times higher than that in the control group. The prevalence of hyperhomocysteinemia in the cognitive impairment group was 2.225times higher than that in the control group. Conclusion:Patients with cognitive impairment have impaired daily living ability compared with the control group;hypertension, diabetes, hyperhomocysteinemia and Parkinson's cognitive impairment were associated, dyslipidemia, smoking had no effect on cognitive impairment in patients with Parkinson's disease and more research is still needed.
