Objective: To investigate the value of pulmonary ultrasound in the diagnosis of neonatal pneumonia and to study the relationship between lung ultrasound scoring in 6 areas of double lung and the severity of neonatal pneumonia, which is used to dynamically monitor disease outcome. Methods:Selection of 30 cases of neonatal pneumonia diagnosed by neonatal pneumonia Diagnostic criteria from January 2018 to April 2018,30 cases of newborns without pulmonary disease, diagnostic Experimental study was carried out to calculate its sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative prediction value and kappa value. The sensitivity of chest tablets in the diagnosis of neonatal pneumonia was improved in 30 patients with neonatal pneumonia, and the consistency between pulmonary ultrasound and thoracic tablets in the diagnosis of pneumonia was understood by Kappa Test. The diagnosis criteria of 30 cases of neonatal pneumonia in accordance with severe pneumonia were divided into severe group and mild group, compared with whether the difference of ultrasound score between the two groups was statistically significant, and the ROC curve was used to predict the truncation value of severe pneumonia and its sensitivity and specificity. The correlation between neonatal respiratory score and pulmonary ultrasound score was analyzed by using Spearman.Daily monitoring of pulmonary ultrasound of pneumonia, dynamic observation of disease outcome, the treatment of preoperative pneumonia ultrasound score, treatment of3 days ultrasound score and treatment of 7 days ultrasound score 22 between the comparison score is statistically significant. Results: the sensitivity of neonatal pulmonary ultrasound in the diagnosis of neonatal pneumonia was 96.6%,specificity 93.3%,positive predictive value 93.5%,negative predictive value 96.5%,kappa value = 0.9.The sensitivity of chest tablets in the diagnosis of neonatal pneumonia was 93.3%.Compared with the diagnosis of neonatal pneumonia with thoracic tablets, the kappa value = 0.651 suggests that the two have good correlation. The higher the lung Ultrasound score score, the more serious the disease, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p=0.00<0.05),the diagnosis of severe pneumonia pulmonary ultrasound score critical value of 7.5 points, its sensitivity91.7%,specificity 94.4%.Neonatal respiration score was positively correlated with lung ultrasound score, and the higher the lung ultrasound score, the heavier the condition. Before treatment, the lung ultrasound score was higher than that of 3 days lung ultrasound score, the treatment of 3 days lung ultrasound score was greater than the treatment of 7 days lung ultrasound score, and the difference of score between 22 was statistically significant(p=0.00<0.05).Conclusion:Pulmonary ultrasound can be used as an imaging method for the diagnosis of neonatal pneumonia. The higher the lung ultrasound score, the more serious the disease, lung ultrasound score and the severity of the disease is positively correlated.Lung ultrasound score greater than 7.5 points suggests that clinical attention should be paid to whether severe pneumonia.Dynamic monitoring of pulmonary ultrasound, with the treatment of clinical symptoms gradually improved, lung ultrasound score gradually decreased,so lung ultrasound can be used for the review of neonatal pneumonia to evaluate the effect of treatment and guide the withdrawal of the machine.
