Objective: With the control group of Polymyositis(PM),the clinical significance of the plasma D-Dimer(D-D)level in Dermatomyositis(DM)patients was analyzed, and the clinical significance in patients with or without Interstitial Lung Disease(ILD)was analyzed. Methods: The study collected the plasma D-D levels of 46 DM patients(including 17 patients without Amyopathic Dermatomyositis(ADM)and 22 patients with PM from June 2016 to February 2018 in the department of rheumatology and immunology,The First Hospital of China Medical University). The difference of plasma D-D levels between the two groups was compared, and the correlation between D-D level and peripheral blood lymphocyte count, creatine kinase level, inflammatory index and other important clinical indicators in DM patients was analyzed. In addition, serum d-d levels in DM patients were analyzed and compared between the two groups in terms of whether or not it was combined. Results: In the study,we discovered that there was no significant difference in general data such as gender and age between DM group and PM group. The D-D level of the DM group was 1.18±1.17?g/L,significantly higher than that of the PM group(0.61±0.43?g/L),and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.03).In the DM group,D-D level was positively correlated with lactate dehydrogenase(R=0.402,P=0.01),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(R=0.337,P= 0.03),c-reactive protein level(R=0.404,P=0.01),peripheral blood lymphocyte count(R=-0.392,P=0.01),peripheral blood CD3+T(R=-0.360,P= 0.03),and CD3+CD8+T(R=-0.342,P= 0.04).However,there was no significant correlation with CD3+CD4+T lymphocyte count, immunoglobulin, complement and other coagulation indexes. There was no statistically significant difference in d-d levels in either combined or uncombined DM patients(P=0.17).Conclusion: Our results discovered that the D-D level in DM group was significantly higher than that in the PM group, and the elevated plasma D-D level was closely related to a number of important clinical indicators in the progression of DM,and could be an important indicator for the determination of disease activity.However,D-D level could not provide a theoretical basis for the detection of whether there was an interstitial lung disease or not.
