The right to life and health is the most basic right of every citizen.It is the premise and foundation for citizens to enjoy various rights.The maintenance and protection of citizens' life and health is the guarantee for the development of all national undertakings,and it is a hot issue of people's livelihood that is highly concerned by the society.The protection of health problems depends on the development of public health in China,and the provision of public health services is also an important part of government functions.However,at present,there are some problems in the supply of public health services in China,such as the unreasonable allocation of health resources between urban and rural areas,the weak service capacity of grassroots health institutions,the lack of government investment in rural public health services,and the degree of informationization in public health.Lower question.The reasons for these problems are probably: the impact of urban-rural dualism,the government's lack of awareness of integrated construction,inadequate investment mechanisms,and a single supply of public health services.Public health services have strong characteristics of public goods and require macroeconomic regulation and control to meet the growing needs of the people and ensure fairness.Improving the level of public health services and supply capacity is of great significance for the construction of "healthy China" and the realization of modernization goals and the maintenance of social stability and unity.This paper takes the public health services in rural pastoral areas in Inner Mongolia as the research object,and through the related literatures,understands the research status of related issues at home and abroad,and analyzes the relevant data of rural pastoral areas in Inner Mongolia,and describes the current status of public health services and finds out the current status of public health services.The problem lies in finding the cause of the problem and learning from the domestic experience and practice of improving the level of rural public health service.Try to propose the following five countermeasures: first,coordinate urban and rural planning and rational allocation of resources;second,improve the public health level of rural pastoral areas.Network construction;third,improve the investment mechanism and transfer payment mechanism;Fourth,strengthen the construction of talent teams in rural pastoral health institutions;Fifth,improve the multi-subject participation mechanism.
