With the increasing demand for medical services in China, job burnout is becoming more and more common among medical personnel in China. The problem of occupational burnout not only affects the physical and mental health of medical staff, but also affects the quality of medical services provided by them, and brings certain risks to patients who come to seek medical treatment. Therefore, the problem of occupational burnout of medical staff is paid more and more attention by health management departments. In this paper, the medical staff job burnout as a research focus, with revision Li Yongxin professor CMBI scale as job burnout measure tool,by means of random sampling method to extract three public hospitals,938 medical staff as sample, using descriptive statistics analysis, analysis of covariance and binary Logistic regression analysis and other methods, the demographic characteristics, basic professional situation and other situation as independent variables included in the analysis of influencing factors, compares the different kinds of professional medical personnel of job burnout status quo, explore the medical staff job burnout in general and the influence factors of each dimension,Based on this and combined with interviews to explore the coping strategies of medical staff job burnout. The results of descriptive statistics showed that medical staff were at the level of moderate job burnout(2.53±0.443),among which emotional exhaustion(3.05±0.753)did not have burnout, and depersonalization(1.63±0.429)and the sense of achievement decrease(2.49±0.571)did.Covariance analysis showed that there was no significant difference in job burnout among doctors, nurses and other medical staff.Job burnout of medical staff is significantly affected by their happiness, health status, interest in their major, interest in scientific research, whether they can catch up with the speed of medical knowledge development, willingness to study(or work)and whether they have administrative positions. The results of binary Logistic regression analysis showed that the age, occupation category, health status and whether the medical staff can catch up with the speed of medical knowledge update have significant effects on the three dimensions of emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and the sense of achievement decrease. In addition, the emotional exhaustion dimension was significantly affected by medical staff's happiness, weekly working hours and interest in scientific research. The dimension of depersonalization is also significantly affected by interest in one's major, willingness to study(or work)and educational background. The dimension of reduced sense of achievement is also significantly affected by the interest in one's own major, scientific research and voluntary study(or work). In addition, binary Logistic regression also found that in the dimension of emotional failure, nurses and other medical staff had statistical significance in the dimension of emotional failure, and nurses were more serious. On the dimension of depersonalization, the difference between doctors and nurses in the dimension of depersonalization is statistically significant, and doctors are more serious. In the dimension of sense of achievement decrease, the difference between nurses and other medical workers is significant, and other medical workers are more serious.Based on this, this paper proposes countermeasures for medical staff's job burnout from the macro and micro aspects: on the macro level, the government should optimize the allocation of human resources and reduce the workload of medical staff;Health management departments and hospitals should rebuild the professional spirit of doctors and publicize the social value of medical staff,so as to improve the problem of medical staff's depersonalization and enhance their sense of achievement. On the micro level, the hospital should adjust the incentive strategy, cultivate the professional interest of medical staff, improve the "health care" factors of medical staff, pay attention to the health level of medical staff, improve the level of scientific research and happiness of medical staff, and alleviate the status quo of occupational burnout of medical staff from different perspectives.
