Objective:To investigate the clinically relevant factors influencing the occurrence of Transfusion Associated Necrotizing Enterocolitis(TANEC)for reducing the incidence of neonatal Necrotizing Enterocolitis(NEC)and providing a reference for clinical decision-making.Methods:To collect the clinical data of 138 neonates admitted to the First Hospital of Lanzhou University and received blood transfusion therapy from January 2017 to June 2018,including perinatal factors(pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome or preeclampsia or not, fetal distress in the palace or not, premature rupture of membranes or not, placental abruption or not, anemia or not, number of fetuses, mode of delivery),basic conditions of children(gestational age, birth weight, sex, degree of asphyxia)and comorbidities [neonatal respiratory distress syndrome(NRDS),sepsis, patent ductus arteriosus(PDA),degree of anemia, intracranial hemorrhage, neonatal hemolytic disease],adding up to 17 factors.According to whether NEC occurred within 48 hours after transfusion,it was divided into TANEC group and non-TANEC group. The clinical data of the two groups of children were processed with SPSS21.0 statistical software. The test level was ?=0.05,P<0.05,indicating that the difference between the two groups was statistically significant. Results: Single factor analysis revealed that the difference between the two groups in sepsis, mode of delivery, gestational age, birth weight,PDA,NRDS and the degree of anemia was statistically significant(P<0.05).The logistic muitivariate analysis revealed that the degree of anemia(P< 0.05,OR=3.461,95%CI:1.117-10.718)and combined sepsis(P< 0.05,OR=7.112,95%CI:2.255-28.845)was significant risk fators for TANEC.Conclusion: The combination of sepsis and more serious anemia at the time of transfusion, the risk of developing TANEC is higher.
