| Objective:Due to the lack of relevant stat.istical studies,the distribution characteristics of upper gastrointestinal diseases among urban and rural residents in Pingliang are still unclear,and the detection rate of early upper gastrointestinal cancer is very low.This study analyzed the distribution characteristics of upper digestive tract diseases by Gastroscopy in Peoples Hospital of Pingliang,so as to provide clinical data for the prevention and treatment of upper digestive tract diseases in Pingliang.Method:In this study,a total of 24,160 confirmed cases of upper gastrointestinal diseases were selected from 17.848 patients detected by gastroscope center of gastroenterology department in Peoples Hospital of Pingliang from 2015 to 2017,Relatively frequent cases of the first 16 diseases were selected and divided into inflammation,ulcer,polyp,can cer and other diseases by type.Patients were divided into children group(18 years old and below),youth group(19 to 44 years old),middle-aged group(45 to 59 years old)and elderly group(60 years old and above)according to age.The major diseases w ere statistically analyzed by sex and age,and the differences between the groups were compared.Meanwhile,the incidence trends of various upper gastrointestinal diseases in the past 3 years were analyzed,and the multiple sites of gastric cancer and precancerous lesions were counted.Results:Gastritis,gastric ulcer,gastric polyp and gastric cancer are the main components of upper digestive tract diseases of urban and rural residents in Pingliang,Among them,female patients with gastric polyps were more than male patients,and patients with other upper digestive tract diseases were m ore than female patients.In addition,the age group with the highest incidence of gastric cancer is 60 years old and above,while the age group with the highest incidence of other up.per gastrointestinal diseases is 45 to 59 years old.The umber of detection of various upper gastrointestinal diseases increased year by year in the past three years,and the majority of patients were 45 to 59 years old and 19 to 44 years old.Among the incidence sites of gastric ulcer,the gastric fundus from cardia is less than the distal part of the stomach,and the gastric fundus from cardia is the most common site of gastric cancer with the fastest growth rate.Conclusion:It is suggested to innclude gastroscopy in the routine physical ex aminationof urban and rural residents over 45 years old in Pingliang city.In the daily operation of gastroscopy,cardia and gastric fundus should be carefully observed.In clinical practice,Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection detection and treatment should be focused on patients with upper gastrointestinal diseases. |
