Objective: To evaluate the correlation between the expression levels of lncRNA H19,CRNDE,and ZFAS1 in pituitary adenomas and the invasiveness of pituitary adenomas,and to evaluate the correlation between the expression levels of three different lncRNA and the invasiveness of pituitary adenomas.The intrinsic relationship between the three lncRNA in the experimental group and the control group was analyzed by statistical analysis,and the correlation between lncRNA was preliminarily obtained.At the same time,it provides theoretical basis and experimental basis for further functional studies of lncRNA H19,CRNDE and ZFAS1,and explores the potential diagnostic value of lncRNA H19,CRNDE and ZFAS1 for invasive pituitary tumors.Methods: A total of 60 patients with neurosurgical pituitary adenoma surgery from the hospital from May 2017 to December 2018 were enrolled.All patients underwent microsurgical or neuroendoscopy-assisted pituitary adenoma resection,taking fresh tumor tissue samples during surgery.According to the Knosp classification of imaging examination,they were divided into invasive pituitary adenoma group(experimental group: 30 cases)and non-invasive pituitary adenoma group(control group: 30 cases).RT-PCR was used to detect the relative expression of lncRNA H19,CRNDE and ZFAS1 in all pituitary adenomas,and to analyze their correlation.Results: The expression levels of lncRNA H19 and lncRNA ZFAS1 in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the expression level of lncRNA CRNDE in the control group was higher than that in the experimental group.The expression levels of lncRNA H19 and lncRNA ZFAS1 were positively correlated in the experimental group and the control group.The expression of lncRNA ZFAS1 and lncRNA CRNDE were negatively correlated,and the expression of lncRNA CRNDE and lncRNA ZFAS1 were negatively correlated.Conclusion: 1.The expression of lncRNA H19,CRNDE and ZFAS1 can be detected in invasive pituitary adenomas and non-invasive pituitary adenomas.Excessive proliferation of pituitary adenoma cells and invasiveness of pituitary adenomas may be associated with high expression of lncRNA H19 and lncRNA ZFAS1 and low expression of lncRNA CRNDE.2.lncRNA H19 and lncRNA ZFAS1 may have synergistic effects in the biological characteristics of invasive growth of pituitary tumors.In contrast,lncRNA H19 and lncRNA CRNDE may have antagonistic effects,and lncRNA CRNDE and lncRNA ZFAS1 may have antagonistic effects.The production of this effect may be related to the diverse and interaction of lncRNA mechanism of action and conduction pathway.3.The three may be tumor markers for predicting poor prognosis and postoperative recurrence of pituitary adenomas.Further research and comprehensive analysis of the three will help people to better understand the occurrence and development of invasive pituitary adenomas,and provide new ideas for the diagnosis,prognosis assessment and targeted therapy of invasive pituitary adenomas.
