Objective: By analyzing the surgical specimens of patients with colon cancer who underwent RO resection, the infiltration of lymphoplasma cells in the tumor tissues was investigated, and the relationship between the infiltration degree of lymphoplasma cells and the prognosis of colon cancer was explored. Methods: The clinical and pathological data of patients with colon cancer who underwent R0 resection in Affiliated Hospital of Qinghai University from January 2014 to January 2016 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the lymphocyte infiltration, the patients were divided into four grades, and further divided into lowinfiltration group and high-infiltration group. The low-infiltration group included grade 0 and grade 1,and the high-infiltration group included grade 2 and grade 3.All patients were followed up for 3 years, and the end point was observed.DFS(disease-free survival). The relationship between clinicopathological data and lymphocyte infiltration was analyzed by Chi-square test,Fisher exact probability test and rank sum test.Kaplan-Meier method and COX proportional risk model were used for survival analysis.Result:General data and clinicopathological data of 201 patients with R0 resection of colon cancer were collected. The following results were obtained by statistical analysis: 92 cases were in the high lymphocyte infiltration group,109 cases were in the low lymphocyte infiltration group, and the median DFS in the high lymphocyte infiltration group were prolonged by 9 months compared with those in the low lymphocyte infiltration group, and the p value was less than 0.05.The prognosis of patients with different location of tumors was different. The order of survival time was transverse colon, ascending colon and descending colon. The median DFS of patients with tumors located in transverse colon and ascending colon were 31 months and 25 months respectively. The median DFS of patients located in descending colon were 18 months, and the p value was less than 0.05.The results suggested that the location of tumors affected stage II and III colon.Prognosis of cancer patients. Conclusion:DFS in patients with high lymphoplasmic infiltration are significantly higher than those in patients with low lymphoplasmic infiltration. The prognosis of patients with different location of mass is different. The longest survival time of transverse colon and the shortest survival time of descending colon are found.Lymphocyte infiltration, mass location, age, vascular infiltration and differentiation are independent factors affecting DFS in patients with stage II and III colon cancer.Age.
