Objective To investigate The effect of hyperbaric oxygen on hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage was evaluated by diffusion tensor imaging, and the time window of hyperbaric oxygen therapy was indirectly studied. Methods Forty-one patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were enrolled.According to whether hyperbaric oxygen therapy was performed, they were divided into hyperbaric oxygen therapy group and non-hyperbaric oxygen therapy group.DTI scan was performed within 3 days after onset and 30 days after onset to obtain the Fractional Anisotropy(FA)value of the Cortical spinal tract(CST)and the integrity grading of thediffusion tensor tractography(DTT).According to the comparison of FA value and NIHSS score before and after treatment, the therapeutic effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy on early neurological recovery of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage was evaluated. Results A total of 41 patients were included in the trial, including 11 males and 8 females in the hyperbaric oxygen therapy group;13 males and 9 females in the control group. The age ranged from 48 years to 79 years. The mean age of the control group was 60.41±9.05 years, and that of the hyperbaric oxygen therapy group was 59.89±7.90 years. The difference was not significant(P>0.05).The average amount of hematoma in the control group was 29.8±4.84 ml,and that in the hyperbaric oxygen treatment group was 30.72±4.76 ml.The difference was not significant(P>0.05).Comparing the patient's FA value, the FA value of the affected side was significantly lower than healthy side, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in FA value between the hyperbaric oxygen therapy group and the control group, and the difference was not significant(P>0.05).The FA value measured after hyperbaric oxygen treatment was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The NIHSS score of the hyperbaric oxygen treatment group was also lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The degree of CST damage was graded and grouped. There was no significant difference in FA value between the hyperbaric oxygen therapy group and the control group(P>0.05).The difference in NIHSS score was different.and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the comparison of grade I and grade II,the FA value and NIHSS score of the hyperbaric oxygen group were better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion 1.Hyperbaric oxygen therapy performed within 4-7 days has an effect on the recovery of neurological function in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Diffusion tensor imaging can be used to evaluate the therapeutic effect of hyperbaric oxygen.2.Hyperbaric oxygen therapy is effective for patients with grade I and ? CST injuries, but further studies are needed for hyperbaric oxygen therapy in patients with grade ? injury.
