Clinical Observation Of Acupuncture Combined With Thermal Mmoxibustion In The Treatment Of Luteinized Unruptured Follicle Syndrome Of "Stagnation Of Blood Vessels" Type

Objective: to compare the effects of acupuncture combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion and simple intramuscular injection of HCG(human chorionic gonadotropin)on stagnation cell type Luteinized Unruptured Follicle Syndrome and to explore whether acupuncture combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion has a therapeutic effect on stagnation cell type Luteinized Unruptured Follicle Syndrome.Methods: 60 patients with stagnation cell type Luteinized Unruptured Follicle Syndrome who met the inclusion criteria were selected.According to the principle of randomized control,patients were divided into treatment group and control group with 30 members respectively.Through transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound monitoring,treatment begins when the patient's follicles mature(average follicle diameter ? l8mm).Among them,the treatment group was treated with acupuncture combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion.The selected points were: uterus,Guanyuan,Zhongji,Xuehai,and Diji.The acupuncture was carried out twice in the morning and afternoon,30 minutes each time.At the same time,the treatment group was treated with the abdominal thermal point moxibustion for 30 minutes in the morning and afternoon respectively.The control group received a single intramuscular injection of HCG 10000 units for one time.According to the monitoring of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound,the ovulation,endometrial thickness growth and pregnancy of the two groups were recorded.The data was collected and analyzed by SPSS 20.0.Results:1.Comparison of ovulation: the ovulation rate of the treatment group was 76.67%,and the ovulation rate of the control group was 50.00%.The difference of ovulation rate between the two groups was statistically significant(P=0.032),indicating that the ovulation rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group;2.Comparison of endometrial thickness: there was no significant difference in the average thickness of endometrium before treatment(P=0.784).There was no comparison between the average thickness of endometrium in the two groups before treatment;24 hours after treatment,the average thickness of the endometrium of the treatment group was(9.73±0.90)mm,and the average thickness of the endometrium of the control group was(9.25±0.90)mm.The two groups were tested,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.The endometrial growth thickness of the treatment group reached(0.72±0.22)mm,the growth thickness of the endometrium of the control group was(0.30±0.13)mm,and the test was P<0.05.The difference was statistically significant,suggesting that the endometrial growth values of the two groups were different.The rate of intimal growth of the treatment group is better than that of the control group;3.Comparison of pregnancy rate: the pregnancy rate of the treatment group was 23.33%,and the pregnancy rate of the control group was 13.33%.The pregnancy rate of the two groups was tested,P>0.05.The difference was not statistically significant.It can not prove yet that the pregnancy rate of the treatment group is better than that of the control group.4.Comparison of grade efficacy evaluation: 7 cases were markedly effective in the treatment group,16 cases were effective,7 cases were ineffective;And 4 cases were markedly effective,11 cases were effective,and 15 cases were ineffective in the control group.The evaluation of grade efficacy of the two groups was tested,P<0.05,the difference was statistical significant,indicating that the treatment group's grade efficacy evaluation is better than that of the control group.Conclusion: Acupuncture combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion can improve the ovulation rate of patients with Luteinized Unruptured Follicle Syndrome and improve the endometrial thickness during ovulation,which is beneficial to improve pregnancy rate.
