Observation Of Curative Effect Of Ziwu Liuzhu Low Frequency Therapeutic Apparatus Combined With HCG In The Treatment Of Unruptured Follicle Luteinization Syndrome

Objective:The purpose of this study is to observe the clinical efficacy of the Midnight-noon ebb-flow Low Frequency Therapeutic Instrument and HCG in treatment of LUFS patients.Methods:A total of 108 patients were collected in accorddance with the inclusion of LUFS standard were divided into three groups : Midnight-noon ebb-flow group,Midnight-noon ebb-flow+HCG group,HCG group.From the 11 th day of menstrual cycle,the patients were monitored by transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography.When the diameter of dominant follicles was 18 mm,the Midnight-noon ebb-flow group was treated with Midnight-noon ebb-flow Low Frequency Therapeutic Instrument once,the Midnight-noon ebb-flow+HCG group was treated with Midnight-noon ebb-flow Low Frequency Therapeutic Instrument and HCG 6000 IU intramuscular injection at the same time,while the HCG group was given HCG 6000 IU intramuscular injection once.And than Guiding pregnant,the second day after treatment to monitor by transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography again to observe the changes of endometrial thickness,RI and PI of ovarian artery and ovulation rate and pregnancy rate.Statistical methods were used to test the differences were.Finally,the results were analyzed and discussed.Results:1.The ovulation rate was 41.7% and pregnancy rate was 5.6% in Midnight-noon ebb-flow group,77.8% and 30.6% in Midnight-noon ebb-flow +HCG group,52.8%and 20.0% in HCG group.The ovulation rate of Midnight-noon ebb-flow+HCG group was higher than that of Midnight-noon ebb-flow group and HCG group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in ovulation rate between Midnight-noon ebb-flow group and HCG group(P>0.05).The pregnancy rate of Midnight-noon ebb-flow+HCG group was higher than that of Midnight-noon ebb-flow group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between Midnight-noon ebb-flow+HCG group and HCG group,and between Midnight-noon ebb-flow group and HCG group(P>0.05).2.After treatment,RI and PI in the three groups decreased compared with those before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);the difference of PI and RI in the three groups before and after treatment was compared between groups,and the difference between any two groups was statistically significant(P<0.001).3.There was no significant difference in ovulation between Midnight-noon ebb-flow group and Midnight-noon ebb-flow+HCG group at different time points(P>0.05).In those patients who treated with Midnight-noon ebb-flow Low Frequency Therapeutic Instrument,there was no significant difference in ovulation rate between Si-Wu time and Shen-You time(P>0.05).4.There was significant difference in endometrial thickness between the three groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the difference between the three groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of LUFS with Midnight-noon ebb-flow Low Frequency Therapeutic Instrument can improve ovarian artery hemodynamics.The treatment of Midnight-noon ebb-flow Low Frequency Therapeutic Instrument combined with HCG can improve ovulation rate and pregnancy rate of LUFS,worthy of promotion in clinical application.The effect of Midnight-noon ebb-flow Low Frequency Treatment infusion on endometrial thickness in this study is similar to that of HCG intramuscular infusion.There was no difference in ovulation rate among different time groups treated with Midnight-noon ebb-flow Low Frequency Treatment,which was not excluded because of insufficient sample size.
