Objective:Clinical Observation on the Effect of Improved Treatment of Acupuncture on Treating CIPN with " Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis "Methods:Sixty patients with gastric and colorectal cancer who underwent oncology and surgery in Xiamen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 1,2018 to January 1,2019 were enrolled.According to the principle of randomized control,30 cases were divided into treatment group and control group.Control group: Western medicine routine treatment, taking mecobalamin tablets for 7 days for 1 course of 3 courses, for 21 days. The treatment group was treated with the improved treatment of phlegm and blood stasis on the basis of the conventional treatment of western medicine. The selected points were Taiyuan,Taichong,Jianzhi,Xuehai and Zhaohai.1 day / time,3 courses for a total of 21 days. Before and after treatment, the patient's peripheral neurotoxicity grading,TCM syndrome total score,TCM syndrome scores, quality of life score(KPS)evaluation, and data collection, using SPSS 20.0 for windows statistical software on the collected data conduct statistical analysis.Results:1.Clinical efficacy analysis:1.The total effective rate of acupuncture combined with Western medicine in the treatment group was 78.57%,and the total effective rate in the control group was 34.48%.The evaluation of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Analysis of the total symptom score: Two groups were well improved in patients with the symptom score(P<0.05),and the degree of the improvement of the treatment group is better than the control group(P<0.05).3.Syndrome total score analysis: After treatment, the total scores of the syndromes decreased, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).However,the total score of the treatment group decreased significantly compared with the control group. The difference between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant.Significance(P<0.05).4.Quality of Life Score Analysis: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 53.57% with the modified phlegm and the western medicine. The total effective rate of the control group was 17.24%.The evaluation of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The improved treatment of phlegm and blood stasis treatment of patients with peripheral neurotoxicity after qi deficiency and blood stasis type chemotherapy can effectively reduce peripheral neurotoxicity, and can improve the symptoms of numbness of the hands and feet of patients, and improve the quality of life of patients, which is worthy of recognition and research.
