Clinial Observation On Treatment Of Cerebral Palsy With “Jin's Three-needle” And Electronic Moxibustion Changqiang Point,baihui Point

Objective: Through electronic moxibustion Changqiang point,Baihui point and "Jin' s Three-Needle" therapy of pediatric Cerebral Palsy clinical research,observation of children with Cerebral Palsy before and after treatment of gross motor,fine motor and functional independence,in the case of a change to explore the clinical curative effect,aimed at improving Cerebral Palsy children with the disease situation,reduce the degree of disease,improve the ability of children to adapt to social life.In the treatment of Cerebral Palsy provides a more efficient,convenient,easy to accept and a new way of thinking with the flavor of the traditional medicine.Methods: Select to our pediatric and acupuncture clinic,and accord with the experimental diagnosis standard,80 patients with pediatric Cerebral Palsy,Applicatied of digital randomized into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group,age between 3 months to 6 years old.the control group on the basis of routine rehabilitation therapy using " Jin' s Three-Needle" treatment,the observation group on the basis of the control group and combined with electronic moxibustion Changqiang point and Baihui point,treatment 3 times a week,3 months for a period of treatment,a total of 2 cycles.All patients before treatment,treatment after 3 months and 6 months respectively accept Gross Motor Function Measure(GMFM-88),Peabody Developmental Motor Scale-2(PDMS-2)and The Functional Independence Measure for Children(Wee FIM)to evaluate curative effect,compare the rating scale of the observation group and the control group with before and after treatment,analysis of the therapeutic effect of two methods of treatment if there is a difference.Results:(1)After 2 courses of treatment,the observation group no fall off cases,the final 40 cases;The control fall off in 2 cases,38 cases in the end.(2)GMFM-88 score: 3 months after treatment,the observation group eventually the total effective rate was 62.50%,the control group total effective rate was 52.63%;eventually 6 months after treatment,the observation group eventually the total effective rate was 92.50%,the control group total effective rate was 81.57% eventually.The same group,3 months and 6 months of treatment,compared two time points,difference has statistical significance(P < 0.05);Between different groups,the treatment for 3 months,the observation group curative effect is better than the control group,the difference statistically significant(P < 0.05);Between different groups,the treatment for 6 months,the observation group curative effect is better than the control group,the difference statistically significant(P < 0.05).Experimental results show that,curative effect the observation group is better than the control group,and grow along with the course of treatment and curative effect.(3)PDMS-2 rating: 3 months and 6 months after treatment,the effect of two groups of treatment before the treatment are promoted,but is no difference between groups,suggests that two therapy on the improvement of the fine motor.(4)Wee FIM score: the same group,treatment for 3 months and 6 months,compared to two time points,statistically significant difference(P < 0.05);Between different groups,the treatment for 3 months,the observation group curative effect is better than the control group,the difference statistically significant(P < 0.05);Between different groups,the treatment for 6 months,the observation group curative effect is better than the control group,the difference statistically significant(P < 0.05).Experimental result indicates,curative effect the observation group is better than the control group,and further improve with the increase of treatment.Conclusion:(1)Two groups of treatment can effectively improve Cerebral Palsy children with symptoms and signs;2.In the aspect of PDMS-2,comparison between the two groups before and after treatment,group were no significant differences,electronic moxibustion Changqiang point,Baihui point and "Jin' s Three-Needle" therapy has curative effect with conventional "Jin' s Three-Needle" therapy,and improvement of fine motor function is not obvious,the curative effect was not obviously improved with the extension of treatment;3.In the aspect of GMFM – 88 and Wee FIM,electronic moxibustion Changqiang point,Baihui point and "Jin' s Three-Needle" therapy curative effect is better than that with conventional "Jin' s Three-Needle" therapy,and with the extension of treatment and curative effect to further increase.
