Schizophrenia is a serious mental disorder that can cause partial cognitive impairment and significant harm to the patient's physical and mental health.Therefore,the accurate diagnosis and effective treatment of schizophrenia have important clinical significance.The diagnosis of traditional schizophrenia is mainly based on clinical diagnosis scale,patient self-report and doctor's clinical experience,which is subjective and has a high rate of misdiagnosis.Electroencephalography(EEG)signals can objectively reflect brain disease status and have important clinical auxiliary value for the diagnosis and treatment of nervous system diseases.In this thesis,54 patients with schizophrenia were enrolled in the EEG signal before and after treatment with clozapine.The power spectrum and brain network changes before and after treatment were studied in depth.The main research work is as follows:1.The Welch algorithm was used to estimate the power spectra of EEG signals in four frequency bands(?,?,?,?)before and after clozapine treatment,and then the power spectrum differences of each brain region(forehead,frontal,central,parietal,occipital and temporal lobes)before and after taking the drugs were analyzed with paired t-test.The results showed that there was no significant difference between the delta band and theta band;the alpha band has significant differences in the forehead,frontal,central,occipital,temporal;the beta band has significant differences in the forehead,frontal,central,parietal,occipital and temporal lobes.2.The brain network was constructed by coherent analysis to study the network properties of the brain network before and after clozapine treatment in four frequency bands(?,?,?,?).The results showed that after clozapine treatment,the average shortest path length was significantly reduced in the theta band and alpha band for the whole brain.For different brain regions,the clustering coefficient and local efficiency are significantly increased in the delta,theta,and beta bands for the frontal lobe,and the local efficiency was significantly reduced in the central brain region of the theta band.In the difference of network connection,the frontal,parietal,and temporal lobe connections are enhanced in the delta,theta,and alpha bands;the right frontal and central brain regions are weakened in the delta,theta,and beta bands.The brain power spectrum and brain network analysis before and after clozapine treatment showed that clozapine has a certain regulation effect on the brain power spectrum of schizophrenia,and it can change the topological properties and network connection of brain network,and can treat the therapeutic effect of drugs.Provide a certain objective basis and have certain guiding significance for clinical medication.
