As one of the most typical kind of chronic diseases,cardiovascular disease(CVD)is a major medical problem faced by our country.Academia,industry and governments generally believe that transforming the healthcare model,strengthening the preventing part,and providing healthcare services at early stage of the disease is an effective way to this problem.The rise of emerging information technologies such as the Internet of Things(IoT)has provided a viable technical means for building an effective cardiovascular disease surveillance and control system,and also brought about an opportunity for the transformation of healthcare model.Therefore,governments at all levels have issued plans for the construction of “Digital Medical and Healthcare” and “Smart Healthcare” projects,many hospitals have also launched “Smart Hospital” projects and IoT-based healthcare systems.However,these costly smart healthcare systems are far from actual operation,nevertheless the hope to make use of their large-scale service capacities.Therefore,healthcare under new situations is faced with challenges,and a series of new management issues are brought out: how to make full use of smart healthcare platforms to solve the problems in CVD healthcare services,how to construct a new kind of smart service mode to fulfill the requirements of CVD healthcare,and how to coordinate hospitals,community medical institutions,physical examination and rehabilitation organizations,and manufacturers of monitoring devices to carry out this service mode.These are the hot and difficult problems which are widely concerned and urgent to be solved in the current social circles.In terms of this problem,the main work of this research is as follows:(1)Requirement analysis of CVD smart healthcare platform and service mode under the IoT situation is presented.According to the problems existing in the current healthcare for CVD,opportunities and challenges to CVD healthcare under new situations are discussed combining with the characteristics of emerging technologies like the IoT,and new requirements of smart healthcare platform and service mode are dug deeply.(2)Design and architecture of the smart healthcare platform.Based on the requirement analysis of smart CVD healthcare platform,the functional and process design were made,as well as its logical architecture and technologies used to implement the platform.(3)Design of the smart healthcare service model based on the improved nine-block business analysis model.The influence factors model was proposed based on the features of healthcare services and the nine-block business analysis model.Then,appropriate business model for our smart healthcare platform was designed according to the influence factors model,and several service packages were given for different users.This research focused the design of smart healthcare platform and service model for CVD patients,which lies in the practice of public health administration in our country.This research provides a basic platform and service model design that can facilitate the realization of smart healthcare service under new emerging IoT situations.The result of this research has important theoretical and practical significance,as it will help to promote the applications and operations of IoT techniques in healthcare domain,and to solve problems in chronic diseases healthcare.
