Etiology And Clinical Diagnosis And Treatment Of 62 Cases Of Madelung Syndrome In Southwestern Guangxi And Surrounding Areas

Objective: To explore the general characteristics,clinical manifestations and treatment methods of Madelung syndrome,to analyze the clinical characteristics of Madelung syndrome and provide references for the diagnosis and treatment of Madelung syndrome in this region.Methods: Collect youjiang national medica l school affiliated hospital burn plastic and wound repair surgery in August 2013 to December 2017 were analyzed with clinical data complete madelung syndrome cases in 62 cases,cases analysis of the geographical distribution of gender,and age characteristics,according to age and gender groups,comparison of etiology and clinical classification characteristic;The main complications were identified by contrast type I and type II clinical classification laboratory indicators.To compare the postoperative drainage changes and postoperative complications after routine operation and liposuction,to explore more reasonable treatment methods,and to summarize the clinical features,etiology analysis and treatment plan of the disease.Results: 1?Regional distribution: 62 cases of madelung syndrome mainly came from the first three regions: 12 cases(19.35%)in jingxi city,11 cases(17.74%)in debao county,and 6 cases in the right river region(9.68%).2?Gender distribution: among the 62 patients,49(79.03%)were male.3?Age distribution: the onset age was 27 to 67 years old,with an average age of 45.25,plus or minus 10.39 years.The average age of the male group was 48.43�9.25 years old,and the average age of the female group was 35.03�6.56 years.4?Distribution of causes: drinking is the main cause of disease in this region.5?clinical classification: type I as the main performance,including sex,the male group is given priority to with type,41 cases(83.7%),mainly for ? type female group,12(92.3%),by age group,the young group distribution of type I and type II had no difference,and the middle-aged and elderly group type 1 as the main performance.In the case study,liver function damage was more common.All patients were treated with surgery,and all of them improved their physical appearance after the operation.6?Laboratory examination: patients with type I have multiple liver function impairment and purine metabolism disorder.7 ? Treatment methods: the conventional operation group and the liposuction operation group were compared with the postoperative drainage and comorbidity,and the conventional operation group was less than the liposuction operation(P<0.05).Conclusion:1?studied 62 patients with madelung syndrome,its geographical distribution,more from southwest guangxi,jingxi and debao gender distribution in male,main onset age of 40 to 60 years old,the clinical classification is given priority to with(40)type,alcohol as the main etiology,clinical often with other chronic diseases..2?Conventional surgical resection in the treatment method is more effective than liposuction,and the recovery time is shortened,and the complications have certain advantages.
