Aortic dissection is a kind of disease of high fatality rate which is a cardiovascular disease and mortality in patients with even greater than the severe disease such as myocardial infarction.The interlining according to the location of the false lumen tear can be divided into type A and type B dissection.Relative to the type B dissection,type A dissection surgery is more difficult,disease risk is bigger.Especially in the operation of this type have higher request for the doctor,a subtle difference operation is often have a huge impact on patient safety.Therefore,when the doctor face with different types of type A dissection patients the diagnosis becomes especially important.According to the related literature and hospital patient data shows that the main influence factors including the size of the Aortic dissection tear,the location of the tear,heart rate and blood pressure.The goal of this topic is to do a extracorporeal circulation experiment simulation of the human body to explore the factor for aortic dissection rupture risk,to provide a reference basis of diagnosis and treatment of AD to the doctors,specific research content is as follows:Firstly,construct the model of aortic dissection with tear.Collecting real patients aortic dissection data by CT,converted to 3D model format,and then through the rapid prototyping technology to model file into the entity model of the aorta.At the same time,making dissection with crevasse placed in the model,meet the demand of the experimental model of aortic dissection.Secondly,optimize the cycle table of aortic dissection,and conduct the aortic dissection experiment.The different model connected to cycle began circulating experiment,the replacement of multiple model respectively to extract the true and false lume pressure in the process of circulation data.Thirdly,data analysis,to collect the experiment data,respectively,compared the tear size,location,heart rate,blood pressure for the true and false lumen pressure numerical size so as to analyze the influence of aortic dissection rupture risk.Paper work to get the following conclusion.First,by comparing the false lumen proximal crevasse than distal crevasse 2:1 and 1:1 model experiment data respectively,the false lumen systolic blood pressure can be significantly difference between two groups of model,under the same phase at the same time,the true and false lumen pressure of the former is more significant difference between the value,the former one has a greater risk.Second,by contrast,when the heart rate is 60,75,90,blood pressure,respectively for 120,160,200,we can find that the false lumen systolic blood pressure can be significantly difference when the tear has different location.Can be concluded that when the tear is below the renal artery,aortic dissection rupture risk is bigger.Third,according to the cycle of the experimental data under different heart rate,in the selection of 60,75,90 BPM groups of heart rate,heart rate of 75 patients with true and false cavity pressure difference is the largest.In the selection of three groups of blood pressure data,interlayer fracture risk increased with the increase of blood pressure.All in all,this article research goal is to explore the risk factor for aortic dissection rupture through simulation experiment data,a series of changes comparing different model of true and false cavity pressure.Operation strategy to provide the reference to the doctor,when faced with this conclusion in the aortic dissection tearing riskier patients need to do more emergency measures.
