Research purposes:To explore the diagnostic value of ultrasond ARFI-VTQ technology in early renal damage in patients with hyperuricemia and whether the RI value of intersegonal renal artery has relation with the blood uric acid levels.Research methods:Patients with hyperuricemia(with or without gout history)who admitted to the endocrinology and metabolism department of the General Hospital of Tianjin Medical University from September,2018 to January,2019,were selected as the experimental group,and healthy people without kidney related diseases during the same period were selected as the control group.All the participants were measured SWV values of both renal parenchyma and renal sinus using Siemens Acuson S3000 type color doppler ultrasound diagnosis instrument and measured RI values using color doppler technology.Research results:133 people were selected,including 97 patients with hyperuricemia(65 of simple hyperuricemia,32 of gout)and 36 normal people without kidney related diseases.There was no difference in the degree of damage between different parts of the same kidney and between both kidneys in HUA patients;The prevalence of kidney stones increased in HUA patients than that of the normal control group;The renal parenchymal SWV in the hyperuricemia group was significantly lower than that in the normal control group(3.59±0.55)vs.(4.08±0.27)m/s,p< 0.05,and the renal sinus SWV in the hyperuricemia group was significantly higher than that in the normal control group(1.40±0.51)vs.(1.21±0.21)m/s,p < 0.05.There was no significant difference in RI between the hyperuricemia group and the normal control group(0.57±0.50)versus(0.58±0.63),p > 0.05.Spearman correlation analysis showed that There has correlation between uric acid and RI of renal artery(p<0.05).Research conclusions:(1)HUA leds to decreased SWV in renal parenchyma and increased SWV in renal sinus;(2)There was no difference in the degree of damage between different parts of the same kidney and between both kidneys in HUA patients;(3)The prevalence of kidney stones increased in HUA patients;(4)RI value of intersegment renal artery is correlated with uric acid in blood.The ultrasonic ARFI-VTQ technique can accurately measure SWV values in different parts of the kidney,and quantitatively evaluate the elastic level and hardness changes in different parts of the kidney.
