Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Lumbar 4/5 Disc Herniation By Percutaneous Transforaminal Endoscopic Discectomy Combined With Zijin Dan

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy combined with zijindan external application in the treatment of lumbar 4/5 disc herniation,and to provide certain reference basis for improving the clinical efficacy of Percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods: From March 2017 to June 2018,a total of 60 patients with lumbar 4/5 intervertebral disc herniation diagnosed in orthpaedic department 2,jiangxi hospital of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine were selected.According to different treatment methods,randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 patients in each group.The treatment group was treated with Percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy + external application of zijin Dan,while the control group was treated with Percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy alone.The VAS score and JOA score of the two groups of patients were observed 1 day before surgery,1 week?1 month and 3 months after surgery.The efficacy of the two groups was evaluated using the modified MacNab evaluation criteria,and the clinical efficacy of the two treatment methods was compared.Measurement data(??±S)said,SPSS22.0 with statistical analysis software to analyze all the data processing,when P < 0.05,the test of difference has significant difference.Results: 1.There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of gender,age,duration of disease and prominent type(P>0.05),indicating that the two groups were comparable.2.There was no significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups before and 1 week after surgery(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the VAS score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group 1 month and 3 months after the operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement of pain symptoms in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.3.There was no significant difference in JOA scores between the treatment group and the control group before and 1 week after surgery(P>0.05).JOA scores of the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group 1 month and 3 months after surgery,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group in improving function.4.The improved MacNab efficacy score 3 months after surgery was 90.00% in the treatment group and 83.33% in the control group,and the efficacy score 3 months after surgery was better in the treatment group than in the control group.Conclusion: The external application of zijindan can effectively relieve the pain and improve the lumbar function after the operation of PTED,which is a feasible treatment scheme.
