Jiangxiaomin's Application Of Cold And Temperature Syndrome From Six Meridians

Research objective:Under the guidance of the tutor,the concept of the combination of cold and temperature was sorted out by the method of literature research,and the idea of Jiangxiaomin treating common diseases with the combination of cold and temperature according to the differentiation of symptoms and signs of six meridians was discussed in this paper.It is hoped to provide some reference for the research of clinical application of cold-warm combination in the treatment of the syndrome of cold-heat dislocation and the summary and inheritance of the current academic experience of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Research method:1 Referring to the literature about the usage of cold and temperature,the concept of the usage of cold and temperature is summarized;2 This paper collected and sorted out 208 effective cases of Jiangxiaomin's use of cold-warm combination to treat common diseases.Combined with the relevant literature studies,this paper analyzed the application of cold-warm combination of six meridian diseases to the selected cases.This paper sums up professor Jiang's experience in the application of cold and warm combination in six meridians differentiation and its corresponding syndrome types,and probes into the syndrome characteristics,specific treatment methods and the thinking of prescription use of drugs in all kinds of syndromes.It also discussed the common use of cold and warm medicine by Professor Jiang,and analyzedthe typical cases.Research Results:1 The concept of the combination of cold and temperature,that is,the combination of cold and temperature,is a comprehensive therapeutic method for the pathogenesis of the disequilibrium of cold and heat and the imbalance of yin and yang,and the combination of drugs with cold and warm-heat properties opposite to each other to make it reverse and play a comprehensive therapeutic effect.The theory of the combination of cold and temperature began in Huangdi's Internal Canon,and was enacted in the theory of typhoid and miscellaneous diseases,developed in the later generations,and was widely used in various clinical subjects.2 This paper sums up Jiangxiaomin's experience prescription and its corresponding syndrome type in treating common diseases with cold and warm combination from six meridians,and analyses the syndrome characteristics,specific treatment methods and the train of thought of prescription drug use.Such as:Taiyang disease,or cold internal heat;or external wind evil,evil heat obstruct the lung;or exogenous rheumatism,heat injury Yin.Its treatment when cold and warm use,surface double solution.Or ephedra with gypsum to remove heat,or cassia twig,Cynanchum paniculate with mother,white peony to dispel wind to dissolve the surface,nourishing yin and moistening dryness.Yangming disease,or Yang Ming Qi heat clip wet;or incandescent internal heat,both surface cold;or internal heat incandescent,rheumatism in the surface;or Yangming damp-heat,both surface cold;or damp-heat contains steam.Its treatment when cold and warm use,the surface is treated at the same time.The heat should be clear,the cold should be warm,dampness should be dry or dampness,damp heat should clear heat dry wet.Shaoyang disease,or cold wind depression,pivot adverse;less Yang pivot adverse,and the sun surface cold;bile and stomach discord,phlegm-heat internal disturbance;Shaoyang water-fire ruffian.Its treatment when cold and warm use,attack and complement.Or Radix Bupleuri with Scutellaria baicalensis for reconciliation,or Radix Scutellariae with dried ginger to and stomach anti-ruffian.Taiyin disease,or for external wind evil,dampness-heat stagnation;or lower coke damp-heat accumulation;or rheumatism-heat toxin closure;or qi-deficiency clamp damp-heat.Its treatment should be cold and warm,attack and supplement.Or soothe wind,clear heat and swallow;or invigorate spleen and replenish qi,clear heat and dehumidify.Shaoyin disease,or kidney yin deficiency,yin deficiency fire flourishing;or liver and kidney deficiency,yin deficiency fire flourishing;or lung and kidney yin deficiency,deficiency of fire inflammation;kidney yin deficiency,clamped with damp-heat;or kidney-yang deficiency,clamp damp-heat.Treatment when cold and warm use,attack and complement.Or warm the kidney to help yang,or nourish yin and clear heat,or clear heat and dehumidify.Jueyin disease,or liver-yang hyperactivity,qi stagnation fire;or liver qi stagnation,phlegm-heat internal disturbance;or liver stagnation blood deficiency internal heat;or liver-blood deficiency,deficiency heat internal disturbance;or liver-kidney deficiency,blood deficiency wind dryness.Treatment when cold and warm use,attack and complement.Or soothing the liver and regulating qi,soothing the liver and latent yang,or warming and tonifying the liver and kidney,or clearing heat and purging fire.Research Conclusion:The combination of cold and temperature can be used in all six meridian diseases according to differentiation of symptoms and signs.ProfessorJiang pays attention to strengthening the spleen and stomach and preventing mutability in clinical practice;when prescribing drugs,he uses drugs with multiple effects and both tonifying and tonifying,which tend to be peaceful;when treating rheumatism and arthralgia,he uses Hippo drugs.
