Therapeutic Effect Of Different Needling Methods Of Limin Acupoint Area On Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation (Blood Stasis Type)

Objective:To observe and compare the clinical curative effect of single needle,lateral needling,triple puncture acupuncturing Limin acupoint areaon lumbar intervertebral disc herniation(blood stasis type),and to select more effective needling methods for lumbar intervertebral disc herniation(blood stasis type).Methods:Sixty patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation(blood stasis type)diagnosed in Jiangxi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2018 to December 2018 were randomly divided into three groups: single needling group,lateral needling group and triple puncture group,each of which had 20 cases.The three groups were treated according to routine treatment,needling at Dachangshu,Weizhong,Yaoyangguan and Shenshu,needling vertically,lifting,inserting and twisting manipulation(mild reinforcing and attenuating).With the thumb threaded surface,the remaining four fingers bent,and the treatment face vertical downward pressure,force calm and solid,from light to heavy,from shallow to deep,to explore the most obvious point of low back tenderness,for force sensitive point.In the single needling group,a needle was directly punctured at the Limin point,and twisted lifting and inserting plain reinforcing and reducing manipulation was used to relieve the pain caused by the patient's soreness and numbness.In the lateral needling group,a needle was directly punctured at the Limin acupoint area and twisted lifting and inserting plain reinforcing and reducing manipulation was used to relieve the pain caused by the patient's soreness and numbness.Then a needle was obliquely punctured at 0.5-1 inch beside the needle tip,which was close to the needle tip of the straight needle The Qi-relieving manipulation is the degree of qi;the triple puncture group takes a straight needle as the center of the Limin acupoint area,and twists and lifts and inserts the horizontal reinforcing and reducing manipulation.The patient feels pain and soreness,then obliquely inserts two needles at 0.5-1 inches on both sides(or up and down or left and right).The needle tip is close to the needle tip of the straight needle,and the needle depth of the three needles is roughly the same.uniform reinforcing-reducing method was conducted,retaining needle for 30 minutes,once a day,10 times as a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses of treatment,an interval of one day.VAS score and lumbar JOA score were evaluated after treatment.Finally,the application software SPASS21.0 is used to analyze all the data.Result:1.The recovery rates of single needling group,lateral needling group and triple puncture group were 60%,75% and 90% respectively.The difference was significant(P<0.05).2.Visual analogue scale(VAS)comparison: before treatment,there was no significant difference in VAS score between the three groups(P> 0.05),and the three groups were comparable;after treatment,the pain score of the three groups decreased,and there was a significant difference before treatment and after treatment(P<0.05),indicating that the three groups of treatment methods can relieve the degree of pain;Compared with the single needling group,the VAS score of the lateral needling group decreased significantly.Compared with the single needling group,the VAS score of the triple puncture group decreased significantly.Compared with the lateral needling group,the VAS score of the triple puncture group decreased significantly,and there was a significant difference among the three groups after treatment(P<0.05).3.Comparison of JOA score of lumbar spine: There was no significant difference in JOA score of lumbar spine before treatment between the three groups(P>0.05),and the three groups were comparable;The JOA score of the three groups was improved after treatment,and there was significant difference before and after treatment(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment methods of the three groups could improve the condition of lumbar spine function;The JOA score of the triple puncture group was significantly higher than that of the single needling group and the lateral needling group.The JOA score of the lateral needling group was significantly higher than that of the single needling group.there was a significant difference among the three groups after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Limin acupoint area single needling,lateral needling and triple puncture in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation(blood stasis type)can significantly alleviate pain symptoms,improve lumbar function and improve clinical efficacy.2.The order of curative effect of three kinds of needling methods on lumbar intervertebral disc herniation(blood stasis type)is triple puncture > lateral needling > single needling.
