Study On Temperature Sensation Characteristics Of Heat-sensitive Acupoints In Patients With Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation(Cold-damp Type )

Objective: To explore whether there are differences in temperature perception between heat-sensitive acupoints and non-heat-sensitive acupoints in patients with cold-damp lumbar intervertebral disc herniation,and to preliminarily explore whether there are differences in temperature sensitivity of different heat-sensitive acupoints in patients with cold-damp lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.Methods: Seventy patients with cold-damp lumbar intervertebral disc herniation who meet the requirements of this study were selected.After each patient was admitted into the group,according to the operation criteria of heat-sensitive acupoint exploration,the operators carried out a survey of Yaoyangguan,Yaoshu and Guanyuanshu(bilateral)acupoints with heat-sensitive moxibustion sticks in turn.According to whether there were six kinds of heat-sensitive moxibustion sensations,the heat-sensitive state of each acupoint was judged.The next day,TSA 2001-II produced by Israel was used.Thermal,cold,warm,heat pain and heat pain tolerance thresholds of the above four acupoints were measured by II temperature detector.After the experiment,the test data were divided into eight groups according to the thermal state attributes of the tested acupoints,namely,Yaoyangguan heat-sensitive group,Yaoyangguan non-heat-sensitive group,Yaoshu heat sensitive group,Yaoshu non-heat-sensitive group,Zuoguanyuanshu heat-sensitive group,Zuoguanyuanshu non-heat-sensitive group,Youguanyuanshu heat-sensitive group and Youguanyuanshu non-heat-sensitive group.Finally,the data were analyzed.Results: 1.A total of 70 patients were enrolled,including 38 males and 32 females.The number of heat-sensitive acupoints detected by moxibustion sensation method was in turn 42 Yaoyangguan,45 Yaoshu,39 Zuoguanyuanshu and 37 Youguanyuanshu.The number of heat-sensitive acupoints and the name of acupoint in turn were 28 Yaoyangguan,25 Yaoshu,31 Zuoguanyuanshu and 33 Youguanyuanshu.2.The results of temperature quantitative detection threshold were as follows:(1)In the heat-sensitive group of Yaoyangguan point,the threshold of cold sensation was(29.45±1.37),the threshold of warm sensation was(37.02±1.55),the threshold of heat pain was(44.12±1.81),and the threshold of heat pain tolerance was(47.90±0.63);in the non-heat-sensitive group of Yaoyangguan point,the threshold of cold sense was(28.39±1.81),the threshold of warm sense was(36.08±1.42),the threshold of heat pain was(43.06±1.57),and the threshold of heat pain tolerance was(46.82±2.68).T-test was used to test the data between the two groups.The t-values of cold,warm,heat pain and heat pain tolerance were 2.619,2.557,2.538 and 2.690 respectively,and the P-values were 0.012,0.013,0.013 and 0.012 respectively(P < 0.05).(2)In the heat-sensitive group of Yaoshu acupoint,the threshold of cold sensation was(28.92±1.47),the threshold of warm sensation was(36.97±1.63),the threshold of heat pain was(43.84±1.60),and the threshold of heat pain tolerance was(47.77±0.94);in the non-heat-sensitive group of Yaoshu acupoint,the threshold of cold sensation was(28.04±1.58),the threshold of warm sensation was(35.84±1.43),the threshold of heat pain was(42.78±1.74),and the threshold of heat pain tolerance was(46.93±1.38),and the The data of the two groups were tested by T-test.The T values of cold,warm,heat pain and heat pain tolerance were 2.311,2.905,2.584 and 2.707 respectively,and the P-values were 0.024,0.005,0.012 and 0.010 respectively(P < 0.05).(3)In Zuoguanyuanshu heat sensitive group,the threshold of cold sensation was(28.77±0.96),the threshold of warm sensation was(37.53±1.37),the threshold of heat pain was(44.50±1.50),and the threshold of heat pain tolerance was(48.17±0.90);in Zuoguanyuanshu non-heat sensitive group,the threshold of cold sensation was(27.78±1.58),the threshold of warm sensation was(36.85±0.78),the threshold of heat pain was(43.57±1.86),and the threshold of heat pain tolerance was(47.65±1.17).T-test was used to test the data between the two groups.The t-values of cold,warm,heat pain and heat pain tolerance were 3.073,2.447,2.309 and 2.072,and the P-values were 0.004,0.016,0.024 and 0.042,respectively(P < 0.05).(4)In the right Guanyuanshu heat sensitive group,the threshold of cold sensation was(28.86±1.34),the threshold of warm sensation was(37.73±1.94),the threshold of heat pain was(43.99±1.88)and the threshold of heat pain tolerance was(47.62±1.41);in the right Guanyuanshu non-heat sensitive group,the threshold of cold sensation was(28.01±1.68),the threshold of warm sensation was(36.94±0.90),the threshold of heat pain was(43.17±1.21),and the threshold of heat pain tolerance was(46.93±1.08).The values of cold,warm,heat pain and heat pain tolerance were 2.367,2.232,2.123 and 2.302 respectively,and P-values were 0.021,0.030,0.037 and 0.024 respectively(P < 0.05).(5)The total mean of temperature threshold between four acupoints in heat-sensitive group after one-way ANOVA,the F-values of cold sensation threshold,warm sensation threshold,heat pain threshold and heat pain tolerance threshold were 2.273,2.128,1.102 and 2.091,respectively,and the P-values were 0.082,0.099,0.350 and 0.104(P > 0.05),there was no statistical difference.conclusion: The threshold values of heat-sensitive cold sensation,warm sensation,heat pain and heat pain tolerance at Yaoyangguan,Yaoshu,Zuoguanyuanshu and Youguanyuanshu points in patients with cold-dampness type of lumbar disc herniation were higher than those of non-heat-sensities at acupoints of the same name;the different heat-sensitive points in patients with cold-damp lumbar intervertebral disc herniation have no significant difference in temperature-sensitive characteristics.
