Purpose:To explore the curative effect of intervertebral foramen combined with acupuncture and acupoints in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation, and to observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture at acupoints in the treatment of residual pain, soreness and numbness of the affected limb after intervertebral foramen.Method:Forty patients with LDH hospitalized from August 2017 to June 1818 were enrolled. The patients were divided into treatment group(intervertebral foramen combined with acupuncture and acupoint group)in 20 cases according to random number method. The control group(intervertebral foramen)Mirror group)20 cases, both groups were treated with intervertebral foramen surgery. After the routine treatment of the department, the treatment group received acupuncture and acupoint treatment for two courses. The preoperative conditions of the two groups were compared(sex, duration, age,Section),the duration of surgery and the amount of intraoperative blood loss were recorded. The therapeutic effect was compared with the VAS score,JOA score and interleukin(IL-1?,IL-6)levels.The two groups were compared before,2 weeks,4 weeks, and 12 weeks after surgery. The difference between the total efficacy and the improved Macnab efficacy evaluation criteria was used for statistics.Result:There was no significant difference in the preoperative general conditions(including gender, duration, age, and segment)between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the preoperative VAS score,JOA score,interleukin(IL-1?,IL-6)between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the time between operation and intraoperative blood loss(P>0.05).There were significant differences in the VAS scores between the two groups at 2 weeks,4 weeks after surgery, and 12 weeks after surgery(P<0.05).The JOA scores were 2 weeks,4 weeks after surgery, and 12 weeks after surgery. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference between the two groups was 2 weeks,4 weeks after surgery, and 12 weeks after surgery.Significance(P<0.05);the effective rate of the treatment group was 95%,75% was excellent,20% was good,5% was poor, the effective rate of the control group was 75%,35% was excellent,20% was good,20% Yes,25% is bad. Conclusion:Intervertebral foramen is safe and effective in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Acupuncture at acupoints can improve postoperative pain, soreness and numbness. The short-term effect of the combination of the two in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation is better than that of simple intervertebral foramen.
