The Application Of TCM Differentiation In The Urinary Calculi ESWL

Purpose: Base on the change in the urinary calculi pathogenesis and its after ESWL to study the application of TCM differentiation in the dissolve stones therapy,discharge stones and protect kidney of urinary calculi ESWL.Methods: This study Combine the literature research with the clinical study and use a prospective parallel-controlled method to study clinical cases.1.Literature researchTo collect the relative clinical application data of urinary calculi in the ancient and modern,to discuss the pathogenesis of urinary calculi in traditional Chinese medicine and its pathogenesis after ESWL.Making the traditional Chinese medicine differentiation treatment plan and prescription.And researching the application of traditional Chinese medicine in extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy.2.Clinical studyThe paper has two parts.The first part studied the application of traditional Chinese medicine dissolved stones in the extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy.60 patients with urinary calculi failed in one ESWL were randomly divided into two groups that one using traditional dissolved stones and the other using regular treatment.To observe the change of CT value after the first treatment and the success rate of the second lithotripsy.The second part studied the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine differentiation method in the ESWL and the prevention and treatment of kidney injury.There are 60 patients who have kidney calculi cured by ESWL randomly divided into the group treated by traditional Chinese medicine and the group treated by regular therapy.To observe the rate of discharge stones and the change of the indicates of kidney injury between the time.Results:1.The CT value of the group treated by traditional Chinese medicine differentiation method dissolved stones decreased.And there is a significant difference with the control group(P<0.05).The success rate of second lithotripsy was higher than the control group((P<0.01).2.The stones discharge rate and total effective rate of the patients with urinary calculi cured by traditional Chinese medicine differentiation method after ESWL were higher than the than the control group,the difference was extremely significant(P<0.01).3.There were changes in kidney injury indicates in the two groups after urinary calculi ESWL,which showed an increase in renal volume,an increase in urinary NAG and urinary γ-GT.But in the same time node,the renal injury index of TCM differentiation and treatment group was obviously less than the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05)or extremely significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:1.Traditional Chinese medicine differentiation dissolve stones therapy can reduce the CT value after ESWL and improve the success rate of second lithotripsy.2.TCM differentiation method can improve the stones discharge rate and total effective rate in the urinary stone after ESWL.3.ESWL can cause kidney damage.Traditional Chinese medicine has a good effect on preventing and curing kidney damage.It can be used to the regular treatment and recipe after ESWL.
