Project Investment Evaluation Model And Application Research In Mobile Nurse Station

This paper takes the investment decision and evaluation of the construction of " Mobile Nurse Station" product project of China Telecom Co Yunnan branch under the " Internet plus medical treatment " environment as the final research purpose,and learns and analyzes the classic investment evaluation method,financial calculation method and discount calculation.On the basis of the method,the analysis combs the three elements of project investment evaluation and establishes a mathematical model that is easy to understand and control.Several parameters of the model are determined by the experience value of some successful cases of the past.Each case is divided into system parameters according to the needs of the model.On the basis of the whole case and the parameters of return to investment,monopolistic operation and operational risk,the parameters of the model are solved by substituting them into the mathematical model,and the models are obtained.The data onto influencing factors are used to determine the model.After the model is determined,we first analyze the specific project of "Mobile Nurse Station" of the First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University,and use this model to discount the investment and income of the "Mobile Nurse Station" product project of the First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University.Calculate,obtain the investment income evaluation parameters;analyze the possible competitors' appearance mode and competition mode,obtain the monopoly evaluation parameters;evaluate the risk assessment parameters through the business risk analysis;obtain the Kunming medical department by substituting the parameters into the model The investment evaluation opinion of the "Mobile Nurse Station" project of the First Affiliated Hospital of the University.The project achieved a good investment income soon after the implementation of the project.The project process and results demonstrate the effectiveness of the evaluation model.With the effective implementation of the "Mobile Nurse Station" project of the First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University,the product has been rapidly replicated and applied to hospitals in 16 cities in Yunnan Province.At present,the product has been adopted by China Telecom Group Corporation and replicated and promoted in various branch.The project prospect is very broad.Through the analysis and calculation of the return on investment of the "Mobile Nurse Station" project and the demonstration of the follow-up income after the project promotion,this paper proves that the decision-making assistant model can digitize the vague concept and obtain more concise and clear results,which is conducive to the rapid and accurate investment decision-making of the project.
