Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver With Dedu Gurigrmu-7

Objective: To observe the effect of Mongolian medicine Dedu Gurigumu-7 wei wan in the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)by clinical comparison,and to provide reference for clinical treatment.Methods: From January 2018 to December 2018,60 patients who met the diagnostic criteria in the Department of Gastroenterology of Inner Mongolia International Mongolian Medical Hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The treatment group was given Mongolian medicine Dedu Gurigumu-7 wei wan twice a day,15 pills each time;the control group was given compound glycyrrhizin tablets three times a day,four pills each time.Three weeks is a course of treatment,two groups of patients before and after treatment,respectively,check liver function once,record symptoms score once.Results:(1)The total effective rate was 83.33% in the treatment group and 66.67% in the control group.There was no difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).(2)There was no difference in the score of symptoms between the two groups before treatment(P > 005);the total effective rate of symptoms in the treatment group was 90%,while that in the control group was83.33%,and there was no difference between the two groups(P > 005).After treatment,the symptoms of right upper abdominal pain,fatigue,abdominal distension,dyspepsia and anorexia in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P < 0.01),and the nausea symptoms were better than those in the control group(P < 0.05).(3)There was no difference in ALT,AST and GGT of liver function between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05);the total effective rate of liver function in the treatment group was 83.33%,while that in the control group was 66.67%.There was no difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).The changes of ALT and AST in the treatment group were significantly different from those in the control group(P < 0.05),and there was no difference in GGT between the two groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion: 1.Mongolian medicine Dedugu Rigumu-7 wei wan has better clinical efficacy in the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with non-alcoholic liver disease and promote the recovery of liver function.Although there is no difference between the efficacy and compound glycyrrhizin,the economic burden on patients is much lower than that of Compound Glycyrrhizin tablets;2.Mongolian medicine Dedugu Rigu Mu-7 wei wan may be the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.An important mechanism awaits further study.
