Objective:To explore the individualized enhanced CT scan of the responsible blood vessels related to hemoptysis,and to provide anatomical information for clinical interventional therapy.Materials and Methods: From October 2017 to February 2019,62 cases of chest enhancement patients scanned by SIMENS SOMATOM Definition Flash CT were collected in Inner Mongolia autonomous region people's hospital,among which 30 cases were scanned by traditional condition and empirical method were recorded as group A.32 cases of individualized CT enhanced scanning(early and late arterial scanning)were recorded as group B.The image quality was evaluated by contrast to noise ratio(CNR),and the display of the responsible blood vessels related to hemoptysis was evaluated by the scoring system.Statistical analysis was performed to compare the display of the responsible vessels of hemoptysis between the two groups.Results: Among the 62 patients,149 responsible vessels related to hemoptysis were detected,including 132 bronchial arteries(88.6%),14 aberration bronchial arterial(9.4%)and 3non-bronchial body arteries(2.0%).26 intercostal bronchial artery trunks were detected.The CNR measured of three groups were that the traditional group(0.32±0.08),the individualized scanning arterial early stage group(0.39±0.11)and the late stage group(0.31±0.12),anova and inter-group comparison showed that there was statistical significance between early and late arterial(P=0.005,p<0.05)and early arterial and traditional methods(P=0.015,p <0.05);However,there was no statistical significance between the traditional method and the late arterial(P=0.722,p >0.05),indicating that the CNR of the individualized scanning scheme in the early arterial group was better than that in the late arterial group and the traditional method.The mean scores of the three groups were 1.12±0.51 for the traditional method,1.15±0.88 for the individualized scanning arterial early stage group and 1.48±0.70 for the late stage group.Anova and inter-group comparison were performed.There was statistical significance between the late stage group and the early stage group(P=0.009,p <0.05)and the late stage group and the traditional method(P=0.002,p <0.05).However,there was nostatistical significance between the traditional method and the late arterial stage(P=0.653,p >0.05),indicating that the score of the individualized scanning scheme in the late arterial stage group was better than that in the early stage group and the traditional method.Conclusion: Individualized enhanced chest CT scan can display the responsible blood vessels related to hemoptysis well,among which the image quality of the early arterial group is better than that of the traditional method group,and the display of the responsible blood vessels of the late arterial group is better than that of the transmission method group,which can provide more anatomical information for clinical interventional treatment.
