| Objective To detect the expression of CUEDC2 in gastric cancer and to explore its relationship with clinical prognosis and lymph node metastasis.Methods: 30 cases of gastric cancer diagnosed pathologically and resected in our hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were collected,and the expression of CUEDC2 was detected by immunohistochemical method.The relationship between clinicopathological factors and lymph node metastasis was analyzed.The expression of CUEDC2 mRNA in gastric cancer and adjacent tissues was detected by PCR,and the expression of CUEDC2 protein was detected by Western blot.Results:(1)According to CUEDC2 immunohistochemical score,gastric cancer tissues and adjacent tissues were 6±3 and 2±2,respectively.The expression of CUEDC2 was detected by immunohistochemistry in 77%(23-30)of gastric cancer tissues,of which the high expression rate was 39%(9-23)and the low expression rate was 61%(14-23).The positive expression of CUEDC2 protein in gastric cancer was brown granules,which was located in the cytoplasm of gastric cancer.(2)The level of CUEDC2 mRNA in gastric cancer group was 1.06(4.50),which was higher than that in adjacent tissues 0.49(0.67).There was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).(3)The expression of CUEDC2 protein in gastric cancer and adjacent tissues was 1.04(0.59)and 0.78(0.62),respectively.The expression of CUEDC2 protein in gastric cancer was significantly higher than that in adjacent tissues(P <0 05).The expression of CUEDC2 protein in gastric cancer was significantly higher than that in adjacent tissues(P<0 05).(4)The expression level of CUEDC2 was not related to sex,age,tumor size,differentiation degree and tumor location,but closely related to lymph node metastasis and TNM stage.The expression of CUEDC2 in lymph node metastasis group was higher than that in non-lymph node metastasis group.And there are statistical differences.Conclusion: The expression of CUEDC2 in gastric cancer is higher than that in adjacent tissues and has statistical significance.CUEDC2 was mainly expressed in the cytoplasm of gastric cancer,and its expression level was not related to sex,age,tumor size,differentiation degree and tumor location,but closely related to lymph node metastasis and TNM stage. |
