Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of Active Transfer of Plaque(ATP)technique and Jailed Balloon Technique(JBT)in the treatment of non-left main bifurcation lesions of coronary artery. Methods From March 2017 to March 2018,81 patients with non-left main bifurcation lesions of coronary artery were treated by coronary angiography in the Department of cardiovascular medicine of a third-class A hospital. The patients whose diameter of side vessels was less than 2.5mm and agreed to percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)were included in the study.Among them,40 cases were experimental groups,ATP technology was applied, and 41 cases were control group, and JBT technology was applied. These patients underwent strict double antiplatelet therapy after surgery, and these patients were followed up by Telephone or clinic within 12 months after surgery, and coronary angiography was reviewed 12 months afte rsurgery. The surgical success rate, contrast dose, operation time and X-ray exposure time of the two groups were compared. The changes of lumen diameter of main branch vessels(MV)and side branch vessels(SB)before operation, immediately and 12 months after operation, restenosis rate, late lumen loss(LLL)were compared.whether there was a difference in cardio vascular events(MACE)in hospital and 12 months after surgery. Results 1.The immediate success rate of the experimental group(ATP group)(97.5% vs 92.7%,P<0.05),operation time(40.13±8.64 vs 50.85±12.15,P<0.01),contrast agent dosage(98.70±14.25 vs113.43)±17.58,P<0.01),X-ray exposure time(21.43±6.23 vs 27.39±8.16,P<0.01)and intraoperative cumulative SB(2 cases vs 8 cases,P<0.05),slow blood flow and no reflow(1 case vs 7 cases,P <0.05)and other aspects were better than the control group(JBT group),the difference was statistically significant;2.The experimental group immediately after operation SB diameter(2.29 ± 0.43 vs 1.91 ± 0.51,P<0.05),12 months after operation SB stenosis rate(1 case vs 4 cases,P<0.05)and LLL(0.35±0.46 vs 0.64±0.78,P<0.05)were significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant.;3.There was no significant difference in MACE between the two groups during hospitalization. The incidence of recurrent angina pectoris and target vessel revascularization(TVR)during 12-month follow-up was lower in the experimental group than in the control group(2 cases vs 6 cases;1case vs 4 cases,P < 0.05).Conclusions Compared with JBT technology,ATP technology in the treatment of non-left main bifurcation lesions immediate success rate, operation time, contrast dose,X-ray exposure time, postoperative SB restenosis and postoperative long-term MACE incidence,It is more advantageous in terms of providing a more effective treatment for non-left main bifurcation lesions.
