Objective:It is hoped that the application of the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery in the clinical treatment of choledocholithiasis can safely and effectively shorten the hospitalization time, reduce the hospitalization cost and reduce the incidence of complications. Methods:Methods and effects of treatment for 60 patients with choledocholithiasis admitted to the fourth hospital of changsha from June 2017 to December 2018 were prospectively analyzed.A prospective randomized controlled study was conducted, and 60 patients were randomly divided into the ERAS group and the control group(conventional perioperative group). To analyze and compare the time of postoperative movement, postoperative pain control, postoperative exhaust and defecation time, hospitalization time, hospitalization cost, postoperative complication rate, and time of drainage tube indwelling between the two groups, and to explore the feasibility and effectiveness of applying the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery to manage perioperative patients with choledocholithiasis.Results:1.The length of hospital stay in the study group was statistically significant compared with that in the control group(P<0.05).The indwelling time of drainage tube in the study group was statistically significant compared with that in the control group(P<0.05).Postoperative pain control in the study group was statistically significant compared with that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the incidence of postoperative complications was statistically significant(P<0.05).The anal exhaust and defecation time between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of getting out of bed was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).Hospital expenses of the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Patients in the two groups showed no statistical significance in age, height, weight, operation time, anesthesia time, and operation methods of the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Rapid rehabilitation surgery is safe and effective for patients undergoing common bile duct stone surgery.2.The ERAS concept can safely and effectively reduce the patients' stress response, relieve their pain, improve nutrition, promote gastrointestinal recovery, reduce theincidence of complications, and reduce the length and cost of hospitalization.
