Objective: To study the biomechanical changes and characteristics of corneal cross-linking(CXL)after linking in patients with keratoconus, and make a comparative analysis,so as to provide a basis for evaluating the efficacy of corneal cross-linking in the control of corneal diseases. Methods: Retrospective study, the selection during June 2018-January 2019 in the first affiliated hospital of hunan normal university eye optical center of keratoconus patients,17 cases(24 eyes, all of the patients in both preoperative through the slit lamp examination, corneal curvature, corneal topography and refractive check, and make clear diagnosis of keratoconus, and a line of corneal crosslinking of surgical indications and rule out other ocular surface operation history and history of eye disease, sign the operation agreement. All patients with preoperative and postoperative 1 week,1 month after operation, postoperative 3 month use eye Response Analyzer((Ocular Response Analyzer,ORA)inspection, record amount of corneal hysteresis(CH),corneal resistance factor(CRF),corneal compensation(IOPcc),intraocular pressure, intraocular pressure(IOPg)measurement parameters, using SIRIUS 3 d fault corneal topography instrument to measure central corneal thickness(CCT)and corneal curvature values(K1,K2).The changes of intraocular pressure and corneal biomechanical parameters at different time points before and after surgery were compared. The preoperative and postoperative CCT values and K1 and K2 values at different time points were compared to see whether there were differences.SPSS23.0 was used for data collation and analysis, the measurement data was expressed as mean standard deviation, the repeated measurement data was expressed as repeated measurement anova,LSD method was used for comparison between the data,Pearson correlation coefficient was used for correlation analysis, and linear regression was used for regression analysis. Results: statistical analysis of 24 eyes in 17 cases:1.There was no statistically significant difference in the CH value between preoperative and postoperative months 1 and 3(P > 0.05),and the CH value 3 months after surgery was higher than that 1 week after surgery. The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the CRF value 3 months after surgery was statistically significant(P < 0.05).2.March compared with preoperative corneal compensation IOPcc value of postoperative intraocular pressure increase, compared the differences statistically significant(P < 0.01),intraocular pressure increased postoperative march compared with preoperative IOPg values, compared the differences statistically significant(P < 0.01),and IOPg IOPcc preoperative and postoperative 1 week,1 month no statistically significant difference compared with(P > 0.05).3.The CCT value of central corneal thickness before surgery was higher than that at 1 week,1 month and 3 months after surgery, and the difference of CCT value at different time points before and after surgery was statistically significant(P < 0.01).4.There was no statistically significant difference in the corneal curvature value K1 between preoperative and postoperative time points at 1 week,1 month and 3 months(P > 0.05).K1 value decreased 3 months after surgery compared with 1 month after surgery, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).K2 values showed statistically significant differences at each time point before and 1 week,1 month and 3 months after surgery(P < 0.01).K2 value decreased 3 months after surgery compared with 1 week and 1 month after surgery, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).5.The values of the biomechanical parameters of the cornea were positively correlated with the CCT values before the surgery(p<0.01),but the CH values were not correlated with the CCT values 1 week,1 month and 3 months after the surgery(p > 0.05).CCT values were positively correlated with CRF before and 1 month and 3 months after surgery(P < 0.01).6.CRF values of corneal biomechanical parameters were positively correlated with IOPg values before and 1 week,1 month and 3 months after surgery(p<0.01).Conclusions: 1.Corneal hardness and biological stability increased after corneal crosslinking.2.CCT value decreased 3 months after corneal crosslinking compared with that before surgery, and CRF was positively correlated with CCT value 1 month and 3 months after surgery.3.Intraocular pressure after corneal cross-linking was higher than that before surgery, and IOPg was positively correlated with CRF.
