Objective: Detecting the expressions of fibronectin(FN)and smooth muscle 22 protein(SM22)in thyroid papillary carcinoma(PTC)tissues and paracancerous tissues.Comparing expression levels of FN and SM22 in thyroid papillary carcinoma tissues and paracancerous tissues,and the relationship between the expression levels of FN as well as SM22 and tumor pathological characteristics is analyzed,correlation analysis is conducted on the expression of FN and SM22 in thyroid papillary carcinoma tissues.Methods: Collecting the 40 fresh specimens were surgically removed that were diagnosed with papillary thyroid cancer,and the patients were in hospital of hunan province from May 2017 to August 2018.All patients has not been preoperative radiotherapy,chemotherapy and other anti-tumor treatment,Selecting the thyroid papillary carcinoma tissues and adjacent tissues from cancerous tissue(The distance is greater than2cm)respectively.Detecting the expression of FN and SM22 in thyroid papillary carcinoma tissues and adjacent tissues by the method of immunohistochemical,then,analyzing the relationship between the clinical pathological features and the FN as well as SM22 in patients with thyroid papillary carcinoma,correlation between FN and SM22 expression in papillary thyroid carcinoma is analyzed.Results:1.The positive rate of FN in thyroid papillary carcinoma tissues is85.0%,and that in paracancerous tissues is 42.5%,the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).The expression level of FN in thyroid papillary carcinoma tissues is higher than that in paracancerous tissues,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The expression of FN is correlated with lymph node metastasis and local invasion,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The positive rate of SM22 in thyroid papillary carcinoma tissues is 82.5%,and that in paracancerous tissues is 37.5%,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).The expression level of SM22 in thyroid papillary carcinoma tissues is higher than that in paracancerous tissues,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).4.The expression of SM22 is correlated with lymph node metastasis and local invasion,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).5.In PTC carcinoma tissue,the expression of FN is positively correlated with the expression of SM22(r=0.343),and have statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The expression levels of FN and SM22 in thyroid papillary carcinoma tissues are higher than that in paracancerous tissues.2.FN and SM22 are related to lymph node metastasis and local invasion of thyroid papillary carcinoma.3.In PTC carcinoma tissue,the expression of FN and SM22 are positively correlated.
