The Analysis Of Tear Trough Under Different Types Of Lower Eyelid Blepharoplasty

The eyes which are central position of the face represent the focal point of the face.The periocular skin is the first aging part of the face bacause it is too thin.The person who wants to stay young forever knows how to take care of their own periocular skin.As the time past,the eyelid bags and tear trough deformity present at the face.When makeup can't cover the aging problems anymore,the people have to get help from plastic surgery.With continuous development of plastic surgery technology,the types of treating tear trough deformity and eyelid bags become more than before.All of them have a good curative effect.But each of them has their own advantages and disadvantages applying to different symptoms.Objective:Analyze and compare the effects of different lower blepharoplasty in the treatment of tear trough.A total of 102 patients with eyelid bags and tear trough deformity were collected from 2016 to 2018.They were graded according to the degree of tear trough deformity.Group 1 underwent fat reposition with septal reset.Group 2 underwent autologous fat grafting.Group 3 underwent hyaluronic acid filler injection.Compare the effects of different degrees of tear trough deformity in various surgery.Compare the postoperative Barton grade,doctors and patients' satisfaction survey and postoperative complications.Statistical results were using SPSS software for analysis.Results:There is no significant difference in the improvement rate of the three surgical treatments.In Grade ? and Grade ?,there was no significant difference in the complete satisfaction rate of the three surgical treatments.In Grade ?,the complete improvement rate of Group 1 was higher than the other two groups.Conclusion: All surgical treatments are effective in curing the tear trough.All surgical treatments have good performance in Grade ? and Grade ?.Fat reposition with septal reset has better advantage of higher grade deformities.The common complications of fat reposition with septal reset are edema and ecchymosis.The common complications of filling surgery are skin irregularities,skin induration and skin color changing.
