| Objective:According to the satisfaction and complication of arcus marginalis release and orbital fat preservation on the aging of facial plastic surgery of the eyelid bags, the advantages and disadvantages are analyzed.Methods:Selecting 68 patients who eyelid bag with lacrimal groove deformities came to our hospital between October 2012 October 2014.According to random number table method is divided into A, B two groups, each group (n= 34).A group was given eyelid bag anaplasty combined orbital septum fat free treatment, B group was given eyelid anaplasty joint filler treatment. Post operative respectively for 6 to 12 months follow-up, the comparative analysis of both therapeutic effects and adverse reactions. Results:In group A and group B chemosis and lower eyelid, there was no statistically significant difference on ectropion complications (P> 0.05),The bleeding complications, skin ecchymosis on a small scale difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05).6 months after HA injection,group A and group B tears ditch deformity recovery degree of satisfaction has no statistically significant difference (P> 0.05),After 12 months in group A and group B tears ditch deformity recovery satisfaction difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05).After 6 months in group A and group B lacrimal groove deformities comparative differences based on Barton grading system has no statistical significance (P> 0.05),After 12 months in group A and group B tears ditch malformation based on Barton grading system comparison difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05).Conclusion:Eyelid bag anaplasty combined orbital septum fat release is correct tears ditch deformity ideal operation method, filling agent, although also can correct the tears ditch deformity, but because of the existence of timeliness, and filler treatment itself exists some complications, therefore, relative to the eyelid bag anaplasty combined orbital septum fat release treatment has certain limitations. |
