Objective To retrospectively analyze the treatment methods and general data of patients with stage IV squamous cell lung cancer,to explore the correlation between prognosis and other factors such as radiotherapy, and to establish a more accurate and intuitive Nomogram prediction model for the survival of patients. Methods Retrospective analysis of 130 patients with stage IV squamous cell lung cancer hospitalized in Tangshan People's Hospital from January 2014 to December 2016.IBM SPSS 24.0 was used for statistical analysis,Kaplan-Meier method was used for survival description,Log-rank test was used to compare the differences of survival rates among groups,Cox regression model was used for multivariate prognosis analysis. The R language is used to draw Nomogram, calculate C-index and draw Calibration curve, and then verify Nomogram. Results Univariate analysis showed that KPS score, oligometastasis, radiotherapy, chemotherapy combined with Endor, and PLR were the factors affecting the survival of patients.Multivariate analysis showed that KPS score, oligometastasis, radiotherapy, chemotherapy combined with Endor were independent protective factors for the prognosis of patients. Conclusion Local radiotherapy can improve the survival rate and prolong the survival time of patients. The prognosis of oligometastasis patients is better than that of nonoligometastasis patients.Local radiotherapy is better than systemic chemotherapy alone for oligometastasis.Endor combined with chemotherapy can prolong survival.Figure15;Table3;Reference 151...
