Objectives To explore the influence of health belief mode intervention on the cardiac rehabilitation compliance of patients after PCI,and to provide theoretical basis for further improving the cardiac rehabilitation compliance of patients in the future. Methods In this study,120 PCI patients admitted to the department of cardiology, affiliated hospital of North China University of Science and Technology, from November2017 to June 2018,were divided into the intervention group and the control group by the principle of minimum allocation of imbalance index.Patients in the control group received routine treatment and nursing, and patients in the intervention group implemented 3-month health belief mode intervention on the basis of the control group, including strengthening the severity and susceptibility of coronary heart disease, analyzing the benefits of cardiac rehabilitation, perceiveing cardiac rehabilitation disorders, and improving self-efficacy.Before and after the intervention, the knowledge level of cardiac rehabilitation, treatment compliance,self-management behavior of coronary heart disease, quality of life and related physiological indicators of the patients in the two groups were evaluated. Results Before the intervention, there were no significant differences between the two groups in general data, cardiac rehabilitation knowledge level,self-management behavior, quality of life, and physiological indicators(P>0.05).1 Comparison of cardiac rehabilitation knowledge level between the two groups: after intervention, cardiac rehabilitation knowledge level of patients in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared in the group, the level of cardiac rehabilitation knowledge in the two groups was improved, and the effect of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).2 Comparison of treatment compliance between the two groups: after intervention, the compliance of the intervention group was better than that of the control group in all other dimensions except outpatient review(P<0.05).3 Comparison of coronary heart disease self-management behavior between the two groups: after intervention, the self-management behavior and the scores of each dimension of the intervention group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).And the comparison of score difference between two groups of patients before and after the intervention, the increase rate of the patients in the intervention group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).4 Comparison of the quality of life of patients in the two groups: the total score of the quality of life and the scores of each dimension in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group after intervention(P<0.05).And the comparison of score difference between two groups of patients before and after the intervention, the improvement of the patients in theintervention group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).5Comparison of postoperative physiological indexes between the two groups after intervention: the compliance rate of blood pressure, blood glucose and LDL-C in the intervention group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The compliance rates of blood pressure, blood glucose,LDL-C and body mass index of the patients in the intervention group were all increased(P<0.05).In addition to body mass index, the compliance rates of blood pressure, blood glucose and LDL-C were all increased in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions 1 Intervention based on health belief model can effectively improve the level of cardiac rehabilitation knowledge, treatment compliance and the compliance rate of postoperative physiological indicators of patients after PCI.2 The intervention of health belief model can improve the self-management behavior and quality of life of patients after PCI.Figure 0;Table 12;Reference 108...
