Objectives To observe the effect of multi-sensory stimulation training on cognitive dysfunction and depression in patients with breast cancer chemotherapy, and to provide convenient and feasible nursing programs for patients with clinical comprehensive rehabilitation. Methods We collected 123 hospitalized patients with cognitive impairment as the research object form October 2017 to September 2018 in Tangshan people's hospital of breast surgery and chemotherapy. They were divided into control group, experimental group 1 and experimental group 2 by random lottery, with 41 patients in each group. The control group was given routine therapy and nursing, the experimental group 1 was given audio-visual training on the basis of the control group, the audio-visual training was conducted by Beijing wise elves company. It is a rehabilitation training system that combines exercises brain exercise with social games on the platform of digital network, this study based on the special symptoms of cognitive dysfunction in patients with breast cancer, and relevant experts to discuss the final choice Deja Vu,Judgment Direction,Listening to Chinese Pictures,Hesitating and Calculating Carefully as training programs. On the basis of audio-visual exercise in experimental group 1,experimental group 2 added olfactory and tactile stimulation to form multi-sensory training.Olfactory stimulation was divided into memory olfactory stimulation and sleep olfactory stimulation, and tactile stimulation was divided into physical touch stimulation and scalp acupoint massage. The control group and the experimental group received audio-visual training at the same time every day.The patients were admitted to the hospital for 7 days and discharged from the hospital for 21 days as a cycle.Starting from the third cycle of chemotherapy, after three, four, five and six cycle of training, the weekly intervention was 7 days and the daily intervention was 20 minutes.Three groups are all given RBMT-II,BADS and SDS to evaluation, and the analysis of the data entered into the excel form was evaluated by the intervention effect of the multi-sensory stimulus training, and the statistical analysis of the SPSS 17.0 software was carried out,and the counting data was shown in frequency, the count data were used x~2 test, measurement data are expressed as mean plus minus standard deviation,t-test,and one-way anova was used for the comparison of independent sample level with the same score among the three groups.Significant difference was found in bilateral P<0.05.Results 1 Comparison of cognitive function among three groups of breast cancer patients:1)comparison of RBMT-II scores of patients in the three groups before and after intervention:there was no statistically significant difference in each dimension and total score of 13 items between the three groups before intervention(P>0.05),which was comparable. After 4 cycles of intervention, except for the envelope items in the experimental group 2,the other 11 items and their total scores were distinctly higher than those in the control group and the experimental group 1,the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of the other 10 items and the total score in the experimental group 1 were higher than those in the control group except for orientation and date, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2)Comparison of executive function before and after intervention among the three groups:before intervention, there was no statistically significant difference in BADS dimensions and total score of 7 items among the three groups(P>0.05).After 4 cycles of intervention, experimental group 2 was higher than experimental group 1 and control group in card test, action plan test, key finding test, revision of six elements and total score of 5 items.Experimental group 1 in addition to the time after the intervention, the zoo road map,the rest of the scores were higher than control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),showing the experimental group 2 multi-sensory stimulation training and experimental group 1audio-visual training on the improvement of the executive function in patients with all play a role, and sensory stimulation training effect is better.2 Comparison of SDS scores before and after intervention among the three groups:there was no statistically significant difference in SDS total scores between the three groups before intervention(P>0.05),and the SDS scores of the three groups after 4 cycles of intervention were all lower than before intervention. After the intervention, the total score of depression in the experimental group2 was lower than that in the experimental group 1 and the control group, and the total score of depression in the experimental group 1 was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),hinting us that conventional psychological nursing and audio-visual training in the hospital were useful for patients with depression, but multi-sensory stimulation training had better anti-depression effect in breast cancer patients. Conclusions 1 The cognitive function of patients was more and more seriously damaged with the extension of chemotherapy cycle in the control group.2 Audio-visual training plays a certain role in improving memory and executive function of patients with breast cancer during chemotherapy, and alleviating depression. In addition, the effect of multi-sensory stimulation training was better than audio-visual training.Figure 0;Table 13;Reference 160...
