Objective To study the relationship between AASI and Sym-AASI and the occurrence of coronary heart disease(CHD)and the severity of coronary artery disease,and to understand whether AASI and Sym-AASI can be used as new predictive indicators of CHD,so as to provide evidence for the prediction and screening of CHD and the judgment of the severity of coronary artery disease.Methods Ninety-six CHD patients admitted to geriatrics department and cardiology department of Affiliated Hospital of North China University of Technology from November 2017 to November 2018 were selected as case group,and 29 CHD-FREE patients in the same period were selected as control group.All the participants collected24h-AMBP,CAG and related data.According to the number of lesion branches,CHD group was divided into 27 cases of single-vessel lesion group,32 cases of double-vessel lesion group and 37 cases of three-vessel lesion group.CHD group was divided into mild coronary stenosis group 32 cases(<21 points),moderate coronary stenosis group 32 cases(21-69 points)and severe coronary stenosis group 32 cases(>69 points)according to Gensini score.All patients recorded 24-AMBP values and calculated AASI and SymAASI.To analyze the relationship between AASI and Sym-AASI and the occurrence of coronary heart disease and the degree of coronary artery disease.SPSS17.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis.The measurements were expressed as mean(±standard deviation).The mean of CHD group and CHD-FREE group was compared by t-test,and the mean of multi-group was compared by variance analysis.The counting data were expressed as examples and percentages,and the comparison of inter-group rates and constituent ratios was examined by chi-square test.Multivariate logistic regression was used to analyze the risk factors of CHD.The difference was statistically significant with P <0.05.Results 1 There were significant differences in age,FBG and 24h-pp between the two groups(P<0.05).There were no differences in male ratio,smoking rate and uric acid between the two groups(P>0.05).2 The average values of AASI and Sym-AASI in CHD group were higher than those in CHD-FREE group(P<0.05).The results showed that the increase rates of AASI and Sym-AASI in CHD group were higher than those in CHDFREE group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The risk of CHD in high AASI group was higher than that in low AASI group;the risk of CHD in high symAASI group was higher than that in low sym-AASI group.3 Logistic analysis showed that age,AASI,Sym-AASI were significantly correlated with the occurrence of CHD(P<0.05),indicating that age,AASI and Sym-AASI were risk factors for CHD.4 The AASI of CHD-FREE was(0.349±0.091),the AASI of single vessel lesion group was(0.420±0.152),the AASI of double vessel lesion group was(0.508±0.131),and the AASI of three vessel lesion group was(0.573±0.143).There were significant differences among the groups(P<0.05).Sym-AASI in CHD-FREE group was(0.099±0.067),that in single vessel disease group was(0.156±0.095),that in double vessel disease group was(0.228±0.121),and that in three vessel disease group was(0.284±0.114),with significant difference(P<0.05).The increase of AASI in single vessel lesion group,double vessel lesion group and three vessel lesion group was higher than that in CHD-FREE group(P<0.05).The risk of single vessel lesion,double vessel lesion and three vessel lesion in high AASI group was higher than that in low AASI group.The increase of Sym-AASI insingle vessel lesion group,double vessel lesion group and three vessel lesion group was higher than that in CHD-FREE group,with statistical difference.The risk of single vessel disease,double vessel disease and three vessel disease in high-value group of Sym-AASI was higher than that in low-value group of Sym-AASI(P<0.05).5 AASI in CHD-FREE group was(0.349±0.091),in mild stenosis group was(0.405 ±0.118),in moderate stenosis group was(0.508 ±0.124),and in severe stenosis group was(0.611±0.145).Sym-AASI in CHD-FREE group was(0.099±0.067),that in mild stenosis group was(0.175±0.097),that in moderate stenosis group was(0.222±0.120),and that in severe stenosis group was(0.292±0.121),with significant difference(P<0.05).The proportion of AASI elevation in mild stenosis group,moderate stenosis group and severe stenosis group was higher than that in CHD-FREE group(P<0.05).The risk of mild stenosis,moderate stenosis and severe stenosis in high AASI group was higher than that in low AASI group.Sym-AASI increased in mild stenosis group,moderate stenosis group and severe stenosis group was higher than that in CHD-FREE group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The risk of mild,moderate and severe coronary stenosis in high sym-AASI group was higher than that in low AASI group.Conclusion 1 AASI and Sym-AASI are associated with coronary heart disease.2 AASI and Sym-AASI are related to the severity of coronary artery lesions,and the closer the relationship is with the increase of the number of lesions and the severity of stenosis.Figure0;Table10;Reference
