Objectives To explore the preventive effect of probiotics in early life on eczema, and to provide new ideas for the early prevention of allergic diseases in infants. Methods A total of 287 newborns who were born in the affiliated hospital of north China university of science and technology from June 2017 to November 2018 and met the inclusion criteria were selected. In the experimental group,138 neonates were given Live Combined Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus and Streptococcus Thermophilus Tablets 0.125 g two times a day for a total of 7 days at 3 days after birth. The 149 newborns in the control group were fed normally after birth. The incidence of eczema was observed and the growth and development of eczema were recorded at 28 days after birth.Eczema prevalence and SCORAD score were calculated.Fecal samples were collected on the 3rd,10 th and 28 th day after birth. The number of bifidobacteria in feces samples was detected by plate viable count method of bifidobacteria, and the colonization of bifidobacteria was studied. The measurement data were compared by t test, the counting data were compared by chi-square test. Results There were 287 neonates who met the standard and 228 were completed, including 103 in the experimental group and 125 in the control group.1 The incidence of neonatal eczema was compared between the two groups,The incidence of neonatal eczema in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2 Comparison of SCORAD scores in eczema neonates between the two groups, the SCORAD score of eczema neonates in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3 Relationship between family history of allergic diseases and eczema, the incidence of eczema in newborns with family history of allergic diseases was higher than that in newborns without family history of allergic diseases, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4 Analysis of the effect of probiotics on neonatal intervention with family history of allergic diseases, the incidence of eczema was lower in the intervention group than in the non-intervention group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5 Effect of triviable bifidobacteria on colonization of bifidobacteria in the intestinal tract, the content of bifidobacteria in feces of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group at 10 and 28 days after birth, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Early application of probiotics can reduce the incidence of infant eczema and its SCORAD score, prevent the initiation of the atopic process of allergic diseases.Figure 6;Table12;Reference 106...
