Analysis Of The Level Of ACE,Ang? And Target Organ Damage In Patients With Non-dipper Hypertension

ObjectivesTo explore the level of serum angiotensin converting enzyme(angiotensin converting enzyme,ACE),serum angiotensin(angiotensin,Ang)?and the target organ damage in patients with non-dipper hypertension(essential hypertension,EH).MethodsAccording to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,154 patients with non-dipper EH and 69 patients with dipper EH were included in the final analysis during November,2017 to November,2018 in Cardiology of affiliated hospital of North China University of Science and Technology.154 patients with non-dipper EH were selected into non-dipper EH group.69 patients with dipper EH were selected into dipper EH group.The two groups were compared in serum ACE,serum Ang?,ABPM,holter,ultrasonic cardiogram,carotid duplex ultrasound,renal fuction and skull CT datas.T test and variance analysis were used to compare the measured data.The count data were analyzed by?~2 test.Data of nonnormal distribution were analyzed by nonparametric rank sum test.Explore the relationship between non-dipper EH,serum ACE,Ang?and the target organ damage with the method of logistic regression.Results1 A total of 223 patients were included in the study.It included 114 males(51%)and 109 females(49%)and the mean age were(60.32±11.70);2 d-SBP,n-SBP and n-DBP of the non-dipper EH group and the dipper EH group were:(127.71±13.78)VS(135.84±14.38),(126.40±14.50)VS(116.39±12.59),(78.27±11.22)VS(70.86±9.97),(P<0.05);3 The level of serum ACE and serum Ang?in the non-dipper EH group and dipper EH group were:273.19(226.64~335.07)VS 217.56(159.42~294.87),69.16(56.33~117.63)VS 66.16(50.83~80.18),(P<0.05);4 LVD,LVMI and EF of non-dipper EH group and the dipper EH group were:(48.59±5.74)VS(46.22±4.58),(104.83±28.38)VS(96.31±18.83),(62.04±6.99)VS(63.46±3.07),(P<0.05);5 The LVH,arrhythmia,and ST-T changes in the non-dipper EH group were higher than that in the dipper EH group(P<0.05);6 The level of serum ACE,LVH and ST-T changes were influence factors of non-dipper EH,OR(95%CI)were:2.566(1.377~4.784),2.723(1.043~7.111),4.151(1.737~9.917).Conclusions1 The level of serum ACE in non-dipper group is higher than that in the dipper group.2 There is a connection between the level of serum ACE,LVH,ST-T changes and non-dipper EH.Figure0;Table18;Reference 148...
