OBJECTIVE:To observe the level of small dense low-density lipoprotein(sd LDL-C)in patients with coronary heart disease, and to explore the relationship between small dense low-density lipoprotein(sd LDL-C)and coronary heart disease. Methods:From March 2017 to June 2018,58 patients diagnosed with coronary heart disease by coronary angiography(CAG)were selected as the experimental group, and 47 patients excluding coronary heart disease by coronary angiography were selected as the control group.Use Lipoprint lipoprotein classification test system,to the for quantitative detection of LDL and according to the content of sd LDL-C,divided the patients into LDL phenotypic normal and abnormal phenotypes, analysis of small, dense low-density lipoprotein LDL-C and relationship between the onset of coronary heart disease,at the same time of sd moutain LDL-C influential factors, influence factors of sd LDL-C using multiple stepwise regression analysis, understand the risk factors of coronary heart disease effects on sd LDL-C.Results:1.LDL phenotypic abnormality in the CHD group(40 patients)was significantly higher than that in the control group(14 patients)(OR5.24 P<0.001).2.The plasma LDL diameter of the CHD group(25.241.08)was significantly smaller than that of the control group(27.07 1.49)(P<0.01).3.The results of multiple stepped-regression analysis indicatedthat triglycerides(TG),BMI,age and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(hdl-c)were related to sd ldl-c level(P<0.01).After further correction of the influencing factors,sd ldl-c was still closely related to coronary heart disease(r=0.3817,P<0.01).Conclusion:The level of sd LDL-C is closely related to the occurrence of coronary heart disease and is an independent risk factor of coronary heart disease.Early detection of the level of sd LDL-C in plasma is conducive to the determination of the risk of coronary heart disease.
