Objective:To study the risk factors studied hypertensive disorders in patients with OSAHS occurs, provide evidence for exploring the mechanism of OSAHS induced hypertension; Methods:Research and Experimental method of combining the research literature. Literature study to collect the last five years OSAHS and hypertension-related literature studies. Experimental studies using retrospective cohort study of epidemiological methods, collected in April2013-October period of Tongren Hospital ENT clinic patients with OSAHS261cases of which only OSAHS165patients,96cases of OSAHS patients with hypertension inclusion criteria:clinical diagnosis of respiratory disturbance index greater than or equal to5times per hour; hypertension prevalence lives must be less than OSAHS course; Statistical methods:OSAHS patient characteristics; characteristics of patients with and without hypertension OSAHS group differences; risk factors and hypertension in patients with OSAHS OR values occur; Research results:OSAHS patients with hypertension was36.8%;<30age group the rate was13.79%,>30and<and<50age group the rate was38.27percent40-year-old group the incidence of22.99%,>40,>50and<60age group the rate was60%,>60age group the rate was78.57%; male hypertensive patients was35.02%,54.17%for women; Indicators are statistically significant:age, snoring age, history of diabetes, blood sugar levels, total bilirubin, aspartate aminotransferase levels, serum kinase levels, triglyceride levels, total sleep time, the number of central apnea, the longest breath pause time, the average duration of apnea, AHI; Logistic regression equation of risk factors:LOGIT (P)=-2.42+1.15*Age+0.81+1.2*diabetes*1+0.96*total protein, total bilirubin and aspartate aminotransferase2+1.07*2+2.65*Creatine kinase2triglycerides+0.9*2*total sleep time+1.28+0.79*longest apnea time, the corresponding risk factors OR values were:3.17、3.2、2.26、2.61、2.91、14.2、2.5、2.19、3.61; Conclusions:The risk factors for hypertension in patients with OSAHS patient age, history of diabetes, total protein, total bilirubin, aspartate aminotransferase, creatine kinase levels, triglyceride levels, total sleep time, the longest breath pause time; OSAHS is more important hypertension, but its exact mechanism is not very clear, it may be the result of many factors synergies.
