Construction And Research On Health Supervision Team In Hubei Province From The Perspective Of Dynamic Balance

[Purpose]With the rapid development of social economy,great changes have taken place in China's health environment.However,the top-level design of health supervision cannot meet the requirements of the ever-changing medical market.Therefore,the construction and research of health supervisors are particularly important.The construction of health supervision talent team is not static,but in the dynamic process of constant adjustment and change.Based on the perspective of dynamic balance,this study first explored the social ecological environment of health supervision from the social level,and then analyzed the current situation and problems of health supervision in Hubei province from the institutional level,so as to provide reference for follow-up policy Suggestions.And the content of law enforcement services,the number of supervised institutions,the distribution of supervised institutions,supervision coverage,etc.,the status,review and forecast analysis,for the health supervision team service content,way,means to provide reference.Secondly,it investigated the situation of health supervisors in the sampled areas,understood their basic situation,staff workload,professional identity,and explored the way of building the health supervisors team.[Methods]1.Literature research method: this study conducted a dynamic analysis on the social ecological environment and service content of health supervision in Hubei province through literature review,understood the current situation of health supervision in Hubei province,health supervision and management system and operation mechanism,and analyzed its existing policy environment,economic environment and social environment.It also analyzes the present situation of the health supervision personnel team,and understands the current situation and problems of the health supervision personnel team inHubei province.Combined with the number of supervision institutions,the number of cases,the workload of their talent team construction research,health supervision service content and work structure of the status review,and forecast.2.Field investigation method: through the investigation and study of health supervisors in the sample areas of Hubei province,the author explored the supply subjects of health supervision and law enforcement from the perspective of the basic situation,work content,work status,professional identity and other subjective factors of health supervisors.3.Statistical methods: Epidata3.2 was used to build the database,relevant information of health supervisors and questionnaire data were input,descriptive analysis and chi-square test were conducted with SPSS12.0,and Arima model was constructed to predict the content of health supervision services from year 2020 to 2025.[Outcome]1.The transformation of social ecological environment puts forward new demands for the adjustment of health supervision function in hubei province,and also provides ideas and means for its function transformation.The overall social ecological environment is conducive to the construction of health supervision.2.At present,the number of health supervision teams in hubei province is insufficient,and the quality of the teams needs to be optimized.The low educational background and low professional title account for a large proportion of the health supervision teams in hubei province,and the nature and identity of the personnel need to be determined.3.The health supervision team in hubei province is under great work pressure,with low job satisfaction and weak professional identity.4.The overall workload of health supervision will continue to increase from 2020 to 2025.Among them,the workload of public health supervision will be reduced,but the coverage rate of health supervision will be reduced,and the existing health supervision team cannot meet the increasing workload.[Conclusions]1.Through the analysis of the social and ecological environment of health supervision in Hubei province and the analysis of the health supervision function and team building reform in Hubei province through SWOT,it is found that although there are still some institutional obstacles in the policy environment of health supervision in Hubei province,the team building of health supervisors is in a good development trend.The social environment and technical level have put forward new requirements for the health supervision function.In the future,the health supervision function needs will change,including function positioning,service content and information means.The end result of the change is a change in the configuration requirements that will affect the number and quality of the human resources teams required to perform the function.In order to realize these changes,this paper argues that it is necessary to embody the principle of dynamic demand balance in the construction and development of health supervision team.2.Through the analysis of the health supervision teams in Hubei province and the sample areas,it is found that the current number of health supervision teams is insufficient,the quality of the team needs to be optimized,the personnel with low educational background and low professional title account for a large proportion,and the nature and identity of personnel need to be determined.At the same time,health supervisors have heavy workload and low career satisfaction.3.Through the dynamic analysis of the health supervision workload in Hubei province built by ARIMA model,it is found that the overall health supervision workload will continue to increase from 2020 to 2025.Among them,the workload of public health supervision will be reduced,but the coverage rate of health supervision will be reduced,and the existing health supervision team cannot meet the increasing workload.
