As a new management mode,ambulatory surgeryhas attracted the attention of the health administrative department,the majority of medical staff and patients because of its short hospital stay,fast bed turnover,low incidence of nosocomial infections,and high utilization of medical resources.Ambulatory surgery puts higher demands on anesthesia and perioperative management.This article refers to the successful experience of ambulatory surgery at home and abroad,combined with the accumulation of clinical practice,to further explore the management rules for children's ambulatory surgery anesthesia.
