Objective:To investigate theclinical effectof oxycodonehydrochloride injection on po stopertive nlgesi in gynecologicll proscopic surgery.Methods:80paatientsundergoing generl nesthesi underwent gynecologiclproscopicsur gery, ged 20to50 yers,ASA?~?wereselected by theethics committee and informedco nsent. All ptients weredivided into two groups(n=40):oxycodonehydrochloride group(Ogroup)and fentnylcitrteinjectiongroup(Fentnyl, group F).5minutesbeforethe ces rensection,Ogroup was given intravenous injectionofoxycodonehydrochloride injecti on10mg;Fgroupwasintravenousinjectionoffentnylcitrte0.1mg.Thetimeof extubtion wasrecorded andobservedfor1 hourinthe PACU fterextubtion. The VASpinscore andt he Rmsysedtionscore t15 min,30min and60 min fterextubtionwere evaluted andobser vedfor daverseeffectssuch as respirtorydepression.VASscoreswererecorded andrecor ded tresttime(cough,turnoverorwlk)within24hours postopertively(ie2h,4h,8h,12 h nd24h postopertively)Of the time and postopertive requirementsof the additional number of nlgesic and observed within 24 hours after the presence ofnuse, vomiting an d skin itching andother dverse reactions, recording postopertive nlexhusttime and evlu tion of patients tisfctionwith nlgesi prllelcomfort Score(BCS).Results:Therewsnosignificntdifferencein age, bodymassindex, opertiontime and pos topertiveextubtion time betweenthetwogroups(P>0.05).There was no significnt diffe rence in pinscore and Rmsysedtionscore t15 min,30min nd60 min fterextubtion(P<0.05).At 2h,4h and 8h afteropertion, the VAS pinscore of the Ogroupwas significntly lower than that ofthe Fgroup(P<0.05).After12 to 24 hours,(P <0.05).The numberof V AS ?4pointsingroup Owassignificntly longer thanthat in group F(P<0.05),a nd then umberof addition al nlgesicrequired after operation waslessthanthat ofgroup F(P<0.05)(P<0.05).There was no significnt difference in the 24-hourcomfort score between thetwogroups(P>0.05).Compared with the Fgroup, theincidence of postopertiven use and vomitingwaslower inthe Ogroup,Ogroup of patients with high satisfaction, the res ults were statistically significaant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Theeffect of oxycodone hydrochloride injectionongynecologicllproscop ic surgery is effective, which can effectively reducethe early pain after gynecologiclmi nimlly invasive surgery, and the nlgesic effect is obvious.Compared with fentnyl, oxy codonehydrochloride The incidence of daverse reactions was significantly reduced.
