Advances In Tumor Treating Fields Of High-grade Gliomas

Glioma is originated from the glial cells of tumor,it is the most common intracranial tumor,incidence of a disease has gradually rising trend in recent years,with the deepening of understanding of molecular mechanism of glioma.At present,the treatment methods of glioma are increasingly diversified.mainly including surgical treatment,chemotherapy,radiotherapy,immunotherapy,targeted therapy and tumor electric field therapy of glioma,etc.This paper reviews the progress of tumor treating fields of high-grade glioma in combination with relevant literatures at home and abroad,emphatically discusses the mechanism of action of tumor treating fields,the related research on recurrent high-grade glioma and primary treatment of high-grade glioma.At the same time,the deficiency and outlook of tumor treating fields in the treatment of high-grade glioma is pointed out.
