Objective To analyzed the influence of different adjuvant Chemoradiotherapy treatment strategies for high-grade glioma(HGG)patients after operation, provide reference for patients treatment in clinical.MethodsSelected eighty-one HGG patients proved by pathology from Januany 2012 to December 2014 who operated in the department of Neurosurgery, the XXX affiliated hospital of Anhui Medical University(forty-seven was WHO ? grade and thirty-four was ? grade)for retrospective study.records of the patients data for sex, gander, the preoperative neurological status defined by the Karnofsky Performance Status(KPS),extent of resection, radiotherapy and chemotherpys situation after operatice.40 paitents was man and 41 was female;50 age was dividing line,37 people was more than 50 age and others was lower than 50,KPS exceed 70 score has 45 and 36 has not more than, total resection was achieved in 52 patient and subtotal resection in 29,42 cases received post-operative radiotherapy accompanied with chemotherapy and the later of 6 cycles groups chemotherapy(Stupp protocol).39 cases was more than 6 cycles groups,to evaluate the curative effect of the two groups survival time.statistical SPSS16.0 software was used for independent-sample T test,chi-square test,Kaplan-Meier method and Multiple Cox Regression to analyze the data.Resultssingle factor analysis found that the age of lower than 50's OS was longer that exceed 50 age,KPS exceed 70 score OS was longer than lower 70 score, total resection's OS was longer than subtotal resection,The chemotherapy protocol of more than 6 cycles groups OS was more than 6 cycles groups,Multiple Cox Regression analyze showed that age, preoperative KPS score, extent of resection were independent prognostic factors influencing survival, sex was not revealed to be independent prognostic factor. Conclusions patients age are not more than 50,preoperative KPS score exceed 70,total resection and continued chemotherapy when the 6 cycles groups finished could increasing the average survival time of HGG patients.
