Extranodal NK/T-cell Lymphoma is a rare subtype of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, occuring most commonly in nasal cavity and adjacent tissues, less commonly in upper aerodigestive tract and skin, etc. Its incidence is closely related to EBV(Epstein-Barr virus)infection, and its clinical performance is atypical. The diagnosis is mainly based on pathological biopsy.ENKTL is an aggressive malignancy with a rapid progress and dismal prognosis of which the incidence is on the rise in recent years. To date, optimal treatment strategies for patients with ENKTL have not been fully defined.Radiotherapy and combined chemotherapy-radiotherapy on ENKL patients with early-stage are considered to be the best approach since the tumor is sensitive to radiotherapy, while L-asp-based chemotherapy significantly improved the survival of patients with advanced stage.Hematopoietic stem cell transplantation and immunotherapy were studied to be new therapeutic method of ENKTL.This review mainly focuses on the advances of treatment for ENKTL in order to provide reference. |
